Camp Miramichee Falls is located at the site of the original YWCA Camp Miramichee which was founded in 1916 as a retreat for girls. In 2019, my husband and I acquired and renovated some of the original Miramichee stone cabins. We are located on the Southfork River, in Hardy, Arkansas. We have 1 cabin on the river and 3 cabins a short walk from the river, up a wooded hillside, for rent here at Camp Miramichee Falls. There are a few other privately owned cabins in the neighborhood and we live on the property.

This spot was kissed by the angels. The fishing is fantastic. The deer, eagles, farrets , beavers, foxes, woodpeckers, cardinals, trees, breeze, mist on the river , sunsets and sunrises , stars so bright they shine like diamonds, ——— yet inside you have the hot shower massager head and flatscreen smart TVs. It’s truly a perfect mix of quiet and relax with the ease and convenience of nature and creature comforts. Park at your modern cabin on the edge of the White River in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. Robert's Redneck Retreat is located on about 16 acres of pasture and 58 acres of forested land with a creek and trails running through it. Our property also adjoins 1200 acres of the Mark Twain National Forest, dotted with springs, trails, rivers, lakes, ponds and breathtaking views. We have three small cabins on the property that are spaced out for privacy. There are also potential for tent camp sites. My husband and I love nature, farming, gardening, and sharing time with like-minded individuals. Our dream is small scale hobby farming adjoined with cabin rentals, allowing trees to regrow in places that were once pasture in order to do our part to help maintain habitat for wild animals and plants. It is a balance that we love and it is our pleasure to share this property with you. We are new here, but we are not new to the camping world; we have been helping campers have positive experiences since 2013 and already have over 170 positive reviews on Airbnb. We would love for Hip Campers to come experience our brand of cabin camping, with farm and forest experiences.A little history of the surrounding area: The Mark Twain National Forest was stripped by loggers in the 1800's and was purchased by the government as a preserve. Since then, it has regrown into hardwood forest, dotted with remnants of pine. It feels wild and untouched, despite knowing it's history. And within it, it harbors all manner of waterways, wildlife, plants, and fungi beyond your imagination. We love southern Missouri and hope you come catch a taste of the wildness that is the Forest. Disconnect, unplug, lose your cell signal, and come find yourself in the woods :)

Welcome to Grassy Road Cabins & Camping, a peaceful 23-acre getaway in the heart of the Ozarks. Our property blends rolling pasture, patches of forest, and a beautiful recreational fishing pond—perfect for morning coffee, quiet walks, and unforgettable sunsets. We’re ideally located between two popular Buffalo National River access points, South Maumee and Spring Creek, giving you fast, easy access to some of the best floating and hiking in Arkansas. Choose from three cozy tiny-house cabins, 3 electric tent sites, 3 primitive tent sites, and 9 full-hookup RV sites with 20/30/50 amp, water, and sewer. Two of our RV sites are big-rig friendly pull-throughs ideal for Class A motorhomes. All guests have access to our clean two-unit bathhouse with hot showers, treehouse play area, trails, fishing pond, and our new hillside group fire pit for evening gatherings under dark, starry skies. Check-in is simple and self-guided, making arrivals easy at any time. Firewood is available for purchase, and kayaks and life jackets may be borrowed—just message us first and return them in good condition. We encourage guests to explore the property’s trails, enjoy catch-and-release fishing, or head to the river for paddling and swimming. The Buffalo River Trail crosses South Maumee Road and leads to stunning bluffs and seasonal waterfalls. With an Arkansas fishing license, you can fish both on-site and in the Buffalo. Nearby towns Marshall and Leslie offer great local restaurants like Skylark Café and Red River Café. Blanchard Springs Caverns, only 30 miles away, makes for an incredible day trip. Dog Policy: We are dog friendly for RVs and cabins, but dogs must remain leashed and owners must clean up after them. Please note that tent campers should only bring experienced outdoor dogs—many indoor-only pets bark all night due to wildlife sounds, which disturbs the entire campground. Whether you’re here to float the river, hike the Ozarks, relax with family, or simply enjoy a quiet night around the fire, Grassy Road Cabins & Camping is your perfect basecamp for adventure.

Our 3 acres are on the road leading to Buffalo Point river access on the Buffalo National River. The property has history - you can see remnants of the Lynch in-ground waterslide locals enjoyed in the 70s winding down our ridge. The Baker Lodge was built on the slide entrance, with our sleeping cabins overlooking both the trees down the ridge and the slide. The house on property was once a restaurant and was converted to a duplex to host travelers to the Buffalo River years ago. Our acreage adjoins the Buffalo National River Park boundaries and you can explore around the ridge. Buffalo Point is literally at the end of our street. You can hike an amazing trail called Indian Rockhouse - it's interesting and fun every season. Hikes along the Buffalo River Trail are minutes away, and outfitters are within walking distance - they can help you with rafting, kayaking, canoeing and even guided tours and fishing guides.
