Camp Miramichee Falls is located at the site of the original YWCA Camp Miramichee which was founded in 1916 as a retreat for girls. In 2019, my husband and I acquired and renovated some of the original Miramichee stone cabins. We are located on the Southfork River, in Hardy, Arkansas. We have 1 cabin on the river and 3 cabins a short walk from the river, up a wooded hillside, for rent here at Camp Miramichee Falls. There are a few other privately owned cabins in the neighborhood and we live on the property. In 2026, we acquired additional river waterfront for the use of all of our guests. We now have even more space for you to spread out and enjoy the river.

Please join us at our beautiful farm located on the lower Spring River just outside Hardy, AR. We have a 3+ acre river lot for dry camping or boondocking. We also have 20+ acres of adjoining land with beautiful river views. Come fish or float the beautiful Spring River with take-out or put-in from our property. Fish for small mouth bass from the banks of our property. If you don't have your own boat, kayak, or canoe there are outfitters in our area who will be happy to assist. Hunters will also love staying at our property as we neighbor the wildlife management area and many other local hunting spots. We are located close to the mouth of the Spring River at Mammoth Spring State Park. This is a camp lot right on the river bank of the 11 point river. There is no water electric or sewer. Very private campsite in the woods so very secluded. Out in the countryside . Two Roots Ridge is a small developing mother-daughter homestead located on a quiet ridge ln Hardy, Arkansas near Cherokee Village and the Spring River, in the beautiful Ozark Mountains (Ozark Plateaus).
Our property offers simple, peaceful camping for travelers looking to slow down, enjoy nature, and experience a quiet rural setting.
Guests may stay in RV, van, or tent sites tucked into our wooded ridge property. The land is still a work in progress as we continue building and improving the homestead, so visitors should expect a rustic, honest setup rather than a fully developed campground.
We do offer electric and water hookups, along with a shower tent and porta-potty facilities for guest use.
The property is surrounded by woods, wildlife, and the natural sounds of the Ozarks. Evenings bring starry skies, quiet country nights, and the peaceful rhythm of rural life.
We also operate a small cottage bakery on the property called Two Roots Rising, and we try to keep our farm stand filled with fresh baked goods! Our chickens also keep us stocked with farm fresh eggs, which are sometimes available from our small homestead stand when the girls are laying well.
Two Roots Ridge is conveniently located near several Ozark favorites:
• Spring River (10–15 minutes) – floating, kayaking, fishing, and swimming

All the comforts of a hotel with all the beauty of camping! No need to pack a sleeping bag, the beds have pillows and blankets already. Fridge, freezer, microwave, and cheap ice made meals very easy. The porch has two chairs and a small table. There is a cigarette container for those who need it. The picnic table was in great shape and the firepit kept our coals warm enough that I only had to light our fire the first night and it stayed hot enough to cook our meals for the next day. The bathroom had hot running water, a shower, and a flush toilet. That was super handy for our kids in the middle of the night. AC and heat kept us comfortable at night, while the TV and DVD player were a nice break when rain came through. We enjoyed the playground and the walking trail.
Definetly consider this cabin for your next glamping trip! (Cabin 1 & 2 are two halves of the same building. Cabin 2 was empty during our trip. It would have been a bit too cozy if we had neighbors that close. For more privacy, choose Cabin 3, 4, the Squirrel Nest, or the Tackle Box.)

a magical spot in the woods with a great tent and very comfortable bed. if you want to feel comfortable, but still be camping this is the place. the cooking fire pit is very well crafted and makes cooking over the fire easy. it has well made solar lighted walking paths to both a very nice bathroom with flushing toilet and a pond that provides great frog song that blends with so many birds singing we never turned on our music once! nearby enjoy hiking and views at grand gulf state park and swimming at many local swimming holes along the Spring River. a great choice for your next camping vacation. choose this spot and begin to relax :)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and so cutely decorated. The area was clean and everything neatly placed and in order. The river there is just beautiful. It was fun to fish and swim in. Ms.Lynn and Mr. Jay were very helpful and informative. They are super nice friendly people. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will return again.

Weekend Trip to Robert's Redneck Retreat, LLC
Highly recommend!!! It was such a relaxing time. The views are absolutely beautiful, expesicially around sunset! The cabin was nice and clean! Easy to find! Amazing and down to earth hosts!!! Getting to be surround by nature and farm animals was just so peaceful. I enjoyed not having cell service and truly getting to take a step back and just enjoy life and time with my soulmate! Absolutely recommend and will be returning!
