Also, keep your eyes open for desert critters such as rattlesnakes, tarantulas, scorpions, deer, road runners, bob cats, and coyotes. We ask please do not pet, catch, feed or leave any food out that will attract them. Enjoy them from a picture away :) Our 2 accessible acres will give you 360 view of mountains, our Red Rock Roping arena, and a Saloon to gather under to enjoy cool refreshments, and a meal with your friends/family. Right outside our entrance going North on 80th Street you can hike over to the Grapevine Wash which is a short walk away from the Cave Creek Town Trail System for hiking and horseback riding, and if you’re adventurous you can hike up 2 miles of a 800’ climb on a gravel road/trails to “Mexican Hat” for an even more incredible view! We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed. Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too! We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! We ask that you please do not feed any horses that do not belong to you. Or go into any pen that your horse is not in. For safety and respect :) Thank you in advance. The site is well maintained, clean, semi-private but very quiet, and has a picturesque view with beautiful sunsets. The fire pit and table were a charming touch. Pay strict attention to the directions and look for the sign to turn. This spot is great for exploring the area. Max had great communication from the start. All in all a great stay!

Great spot to stay while exploring the Prescott area! Nice level spot with everything we needed- electric, water, sewer, fire pit and wood! Max went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get there, where to park and to make sure we were comfortable. Bonus- we got to see javelinas every day! Host and neighbor house are near where you park, but we still felt private and everyone was very friendly.

This place is great and perfect for what we were needing. Well kept and clean. Our dogs are free to run and don't need to worry about them wandering off, the land is fenced and gated. Wendy is very friendly and kind. We will continue to stay here when in the area.

Macy’s place was perfect for us! Quick drive to get out of Phoenix. Not too rustic, plenty of creature comforts, yet out of town with VIEWS and peaceful country setting. The ranch animals were a hit for my little girl. It was a three minute drive back to town for morning coffee. Brought it back to the trailer and enjoyed the peaceful, quiet morning. Macy and family were very accommodating. Her place felt very safe. Pet friendly was a plus.

My friend and I stayed in the Trailer at the ranch and it was so special! It was easy to find and the nearby town was super cute. Macy was easy to get ahold of and we had so much fun meeting her Pigs. We also did the hour long horse ride and it was a highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend!

We found this place on a last minute whim and it was such a treat. Mel was very helpful and quick to respond to questions! They let us move to sites that were open to be in the shade (very sunny and hot). They had great amenities (clean bathroom and shower, shaded porch). The sunset and sunrise were beautiful! My son loved petting the horses.

What a nice space to stay for a few days. Steve & Wendy were very accommodating, but also gave us our privacy. The neighbors have sheep that were fun to listen to. The Great Tailed Grackles serenaded us all day long. Our dogs had free run of the property as it is fully fenced. We didn't build a fire, but their fire pit area is outstanding. The location is close to Phoenix and Goodyear. We had the opportunity to walk several trails, and visit Goodyear Park, where our Guardians do their Spring Training.
