Paria Ranch was a lovely place to stay. The folks there were very friendly, the bathhouse was wonderfully clean with great showers. The location is great for access to multiple parks and hiking/trail riding areas.

Great place to stay while visiting page or the Coyote Buttes area. Easy to find, low cost, great showers and bathrooms, and it’s fun to interact with the animals. Would stay again while visiting the area.

This RV resort is brand new and everything about it screams "I'm new and luxurious". We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The pool is small, but the water was still cool in 100+ weather. Their pool bathrooms are state if the art. The convenience store and a game room are a nice bonus, both air conditiined. Kids enjoyed the playground. Some cons - they are surrounded with boat storage on one side, and boat storage/junk yard on another. That junk yard was messing up with the view of the mountain behind it, although it wasn't too messy, but still. And another thing to note is that their spaces are a bit too narrow. We needed about 2 more feet to extend the awning fully after extending the slideouts. I really wish they made their spots 2 feet wider. But it was a small inconvenience. My husband noted that their grills/smokers are new and he enjoyed cooking in it. And we had amazon package delivered to their address, and the owners were very helpful in getting it from the post office ASAP. Overall a nice stay, would recommend this resort!

Amazing response time, easy to locate, bathrooms and showers were kept well. I really enjoyed my stay. I left early morning where the stars you could see just surprised me and had me in awe! Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend!

Great little spot, they even have ice available to purchase making the stay very easy. Nice showers and restrooms as well as ample camping area.

We were traveling as two young girls and felt totally safe and at home at Paria ranch! Very nice ppl—gave us a better spot to help us minimize Utah heat. Good facilities.

Real horse ranch, loved visiting the horses and being woken to charming animal noises in the morning. We backed into the orchard so we woke up to a lovely view of the mountains. Jeff was super friendly.

Absolutely loved our overnight stay at this ranch! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun place to stay within convenient driving distance of key attractions.

I really loved this place. We arrived late but Steph and Jeff were able to accomodate us immediately. The bathrooms were great! It’s so easily accessible, close to Zion and antelope canyon.

This was our first camping trip out West and I stumbled upon this app by accident- I’m really glad I did because we had a really great experience camping at all the places we found! Paria River Ranch was my favorite because Steph was so friendly! The showers were also the best because they were roomy and they had a little area to fit all my stuff to change and hang my towel. Sometimes camp sleep is not the best quality of sleep, but I really found sleeping with all the animals around more peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time tent camping at Paria River Ranch! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and were very accommodating when we had a scheduling mishap. The ranch was beautiful and the animals were so fun!
