I really loved my time at the Gypsy King cottage! What a beautiful and well thought out space to stay in. Russell was a very good host and communicated promptly when I reached out to him. The cabin and the property is so peaceful absolutely gorgeous! I hope to come back and stay for longer next time. I didn’t have the time to try the sauna. My dog loved the fenced in yard and made good friends with the neighbors adorable blue and red heelers! Thanks again Russell😊🙏✨

A camp I’ll be returning to! A fully equipped outdoor kitchen (the hot water kettle was a great surprise for a cold morning). The bathroom and shower was clean and an easy walk from any site. I think we got the best of seven sites…#5 sits right on the edge of the pond under a tree with a bench facing the water’s edge. The pavilion and bathrooms are both within a short walk and the fire ring was perfect for early October mornings and evenings. Highway 89 is somewhat close so you can still be reminded that civilization is close by but not enough to matter for us. We chose to leave our site early because Mother Nature decided to throw rain, wind, thunder and lightning nearly every night of our stay. Sometimes the lightning and thunder was simultaneous meaning it was about a mile away. We will return because the facility is great and situated between Blyth and Zion, our two favorite National Parks. Thank you Beth & Jeremy for creating such a beautiful camping experience.

Weekend Trip to Gypsy’s Cottage

Russell’s cottage matches the photos, clean while also cozy. The cob structure is really beautiful, and fire wood provided was so nice. A wood fired sauna is a treat and an outdoor bath, looking towards the Big Dipper was very special! This is a precious place to stay, and there’s lots of incredible hiking, climbing, and mountain biking with an hour drive. Also the neighbor dogs came to visit which we loved. Thank you Russell and hope to visit again sometime.
