Regular wildlife that also enjoy our woodland include moose, black and brown bear, eagles, ravens, and Stellar jays.
Busafonte is a 'dry' converted mid-size bus that includes electricity, water tank, and outhouse. A small equipped kitchen and separate bedroom with its own woodstove provide the perfect basics for relaxing before and after your big adventures.
The Trailer is a modern Fifth Wheel camper trailer that includes electricity, water, and restroom. We've provided the necessities for you - equipped kitchen and restroom, bedding on the queen and available for the sofa if needed. The dinette table also converts to a short bed, and you'll need your sleeping bag.

It since has been converted to a residence and upstairs rental. Kenai lake access is 1 mile away down trail River Road (picture is of the lake shore that's accessible). Russian river is about a 25 minute drive north off the Sterling. Seward is the other direction about the same distance. Moose Pass is 5 miles away with a convenience store. Lots of great fishing in the area and this location is ideal being it is central. There are lots of hiking trails close by. We are not located in any town, but rather the Crown Point community.

I will be forever dreaming about our next stay at the Nauru Otter Yurt Village. My husband multiple times during our stay kept saying I can’t wait until we can come back and stay here longer. They thought of literally everything. Comfortable, clean, charming, fun, we cannot say enough great things about this fairytale like yurt village.

The Lumberjack Shack was a great stay! Clean, surprisingly roomy, and very adorably Alaskan. Nauti Otter staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, living room) were also spotless. Highly recommend for a stay in Steward!
