Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags. The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. Joseph is a very nice gentleman. We were made to feel welcome immediately. The area is a series of projects, but it is nice land, and Joseph has a great vision for the area. We had a good position for our rig with electricity and running water at our site. Just beware, the water comes from a well high in sulfur, so the smell might shock some people. It's perfectly okay. This is a camping area, not a start hotel. Some of the area needs improvement, but I think he's getting those things going. I'm sure it'll be even nicer once he can get some projects finished. Overall, good experience and a great host.

We loved this peaceful oasis in Pensacola! Joe is SO COOL and was such a gracious host to us. He was very accommodating, and even helped me with my car! This is a special site he's created with a lot of heart and love and it shows. Malachi is in fact different by design. We will totally come back. The glamping tent structure served us well and it was charming. Lots of places to explore. Thank you so much Joe you rock!!

Malakai’s Campground is truly a hidden gem! The property is peaceful, secure, and beautifully maintained. Joe, the host, is a wonderful man—kind, hospitable, and always willing to lend a hand. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure every guest has a great experience. I’m a local and ended up staying here two weekends in a row while my house was being used for Airbnb guests. Normally, I’d travel elsewhere, but this time I wanted to stay close to home—and I’m so glad I did. From now on, this will be my go-to spot whenever I want to unwind and enjoy something different from the usual beach life. Highly recommend this campground for a relaxing, memorable stay—and my two pups 🐶🐶 give it their full approval too!

The campground was beautiful! The facilities were clean and all trail paths were trimmed with no debris! They had plenty of fire would for sale and a cart to use to carry your camping gear into your site! The bridge was a little tricky to maneuver with your cart but after a couple trips we figured out how to make it work with the cart! Fortunately, we were the only campers in the primitive and glamper tent site but the 5 glamper and primitive sites seem too close together and would maybe be too much if all are fully booked and especially with all the open land they have that could be used to spread the sites out a little more so people have more privacy. The hosts were great and very attentive! Will certainly go back again soon!!!

Nice level site. Micki is a good resonsponsive host. Her confirmation was a little confusing but she clarified that we could choose either lot. Be level is expected in a relatively new resort. Laundry isn't mentioned but is available and sort of clean. People wash pet stuff, against the rules. Unexpected was the cushions of the outdoor furniture covered by spider webs at the sw clubhouse. Otherwise the wash rooms and showers were nice and clean. Found the dumpsters location odd and a lengthy walk. Heard say that they are fixing the pool heater. Also heard that it's been a long time since it worked as well as the main gate. We only stayed a couple nights so we felt secure but the gate really should be fixed. With that in mind, we'd likely stay again.

What a wonderful place tucked away next to the bay. Our host was very helpful and nice. 2 Adults and 3 kids stayed in both of the glamping tents. The camping experience by far was even more pleasant than we had imagined. Navarre beach and a several night at here will be something we do again. Bring your kayaks and explore the East Bay river. What a treasure!
