Description
A river camp reserved for canoers and kayakers boating down the river, Hurd State Park Campground offers a couple of scenic viewpoints (Split Rock, River Vista) accessible from nearby trails. Closer to the entrance of the park proper, there is also a youth camping site. These camps are managed by the Department of Environmental Protection and are open every May through September. Sharing is very much caring. Please limit your stay on the river camp to a single night.
