Dalton Lake Campground is a small campground just steps from tiny Dalton Lake. The campground is mostly open, with some shade from the towering trees. Whether your get around by foot, bike, horse, or off-road vehicle, there’s a trail around here to suit you! A motorized trailhead is just steps from the campground, so bring your four-wheeler. A trailhead for the 111-mile Centennial Trail is nearby. Open to hikers, bikers, and equestrians, the trail crosses prairies, mountain terrain, springs, and caves. Check it out on a day hike, or plan a longer backpacking trip!

The Bearlodge Mountain Resort can be a quiet getaway from a hectic lifestyle, a base camp for hunting, an adventure-packed vacation, or a great spot to stay while you tour area attractions. Where "networking" is two pickups parked in the middle of the road so that their drivers can visit. Where we go grocery shopping in the woods during the fall. Where "neighbors" might live two hours away or just down the road. Where directions are given in "north and south" instead of "right and left". Life's a little slower, people a little more sincere and a handshake still means something! PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TENT CAMPING: I don't have any shower or bathroom facilities. The closest place I know of is the Conoco a mile north of my place on Cleveland St. They have a truck stop and I'm told the shower is nice. There is a chance I won't be on site to greet you, but so far everyone has been incredibly respectful and found some great places to put up a tent. I trust you!

Families gather around the campfire at nights, roasting smores and telling stories. The laughter is pure joy and memories that will last a lifetime. The lodges, domes and tents that we have are fully furnished with linens, towels and a fully stocked coffee bar. Our most praised amenity is our bath house. This features private full restrooms with individual sinks, showers and toilets. We strive to provide a family friendly campground. Therefore, our quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. No loud music or disruptions to other guests, of any kind, are allowed. At any time during your stay, you need assistance, please reach out by phone call, text or email. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your families memories. Check In: Check in time is 4:00-9:00pm MST. We are self-check in but it is very dark when the sun goes down and the phone service can be spotty. Please reach out asap if you know you may be arriving late so we can be prepared to assist if needed. Calls after 11pm, will go to voicemail and be returned the next day.
