Our beautiful home is a glamping and camping site with its own gorgeous fishing lake on the outskirts of the village of Llandyfan. You can find us to the west of the Brecon Beacons or Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.
Llandyfan Campsite has been lovingly re-established in early 2024 by Andy and Jo. Since taking ownership, we have rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into restoring it to its former glory and will soon be back to being a fully operational slice of Welsh heaven.
Our first focus has been the fishing lake which we opened in March. The campsite followed in May. We are currently working on electric hook ups and other improvements.
We have chickens on site that roam free during the day. They are friendly and like to wander around the tents to say hello to our guests!
We would like everyone who visits to have a great time and a relaxing break. Whilst here please be considerate towards others, to their property, and while using the facilities. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
We have brought out a few rules from our T&Cs and we kindly ask that you have a read through before your stay.
Litter:
You must pick up your litter. Please either take it with you or recycle it appropriately in the bins onsite. There are bins around the campsite, please recycle where possible.
Pitches to be left as you found them.
Noise:
Be respectful and consider your neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am in the morning.
No loud music is to be played at any time.
Children:
Children must be supervised at all times around the campsite and can play within the pitch space allocated to you. At quiet times, it may be possible for children to use vacant pitches for play but this cannot be guaranteed. The amenity block and associated facilities are not to be used as a play area.
Dogs:
Must not to be left unattended.
Are to be kept on leads at all times whilst on the campsite. (We are working on an enclosed dog walking area, however this is not yet available).

Follow the footpaths down to the Teifi river where you can walk or canoe along the river and gorge walk to Cilgerran and Cardigan, taking in wildlife and history. The cabins are 6 miles from the stunning beaches and rugged coastal path of Ceredigion, a wealth of Neolithic sites, ancient woodland and contemporary Welsh culture in bustling Cardigan.
There's every comfort to make your stay a home from home; comfortable bedding, handmade and reclaimed furniture and a simple, well equipped kitchen. Highly insulated it's easy to heat with the wood burner. Outside there's your own private compost toilet and a gas powered shower.
We work from home on various creative projects and therapies and after an initial meet and greet we leave our guests in peace unless you need something. We use regenerative principles to guide us in enhancing Nature here, encouraging wildlife with the trees, flowers, herbs and fruits. If we're able to we often give little tours of the garden and workshop so do ask if your'e interested.

Situated a stone's throw away from the picturesque beach of Trebarwith Strand, The Mermaid Loft is a superbly presented fresh and modern apartment which offers guests it's own parking area and courtyard garden - the perfect place to relax and breathe in the fresh sea air!
Accessed from the garden, is a light and airy open plan sitting and dining area - a superb space for cooking up a delicious dinner and un-winding after a day of exploring the stunning clifftop heights of Trebarwith. Complete with washing machine and dishwasher, this apartment is well-equipped with many of the mod-cons one may require. The living area also boasts an additional sleeping area on a sofa bed for one or two children.
From the living space, a door leads through to a beautifully decorated double bedroom that features ample storage space for luggage whilst maintaining a cosy feel. A contemporary shower room can also be found just off the living area.
The location of the property is second to none, stunning beaches, historic locations and fabulous local pubs all within reach. The local bar and restaurant, The Port William, is just a short walk from The Mermaid loft and is the perfect location to watch the sun go down over the Atlantic waves!
Please note that The Mermaid Loft welcomes your furry friends to join you on your holiday. There is an additional charge of £35.00 per dog per stay. Once you have placed your reservation, we will be in touch to arrange payment of your pet fee.

What a gorgeous place! The perfect place for a calm refuge to reset and re-enter life restored.
Lovely kind hosts, beautiful views and walks straight from the roundhouse enjoyed by us and our cat Blue. Absolutely magical.
Such a comfortable bed, cosy lights, cooking supplies, folk takes - all you would need. Can't thank you enough!

Cedar cabin was absolutely immaculate it was nice and cozy on a hill which gave it the best view! The lake is incredibly stunning and filled with fish! My son also went fishing there and sadly had his fishing rod pulled in by a fish but the next morning the host went and found it. The host was so kind and welcoming 5/5 stars would highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the round house. The location is incredibly serene with gorgeous views. The building is beautiful and has been furnished with great attention to detail. The bed is really cosy, the hot shower is great and the cooking area is well equipped. Meg and Benjamin were very attentive hosts and we would warmly recommend a stay here.

It was a fabulous secluded spot which was what we were looking for. The accommodation had basic facilities but were perfectly adequate. There was a great main area with toilets, showers, TV and pool table. Lots of great walks around. Fabulous spot for a weekend get away

Gorgeous cabin with rolling countryside views.
Private area with large garden.
Hot tub and sauna are a big plus.
Farm is quiet and very close to all North Devon has to offer.
Accommodation is actually very spacious. 4 fit easily in each room.
Highly recommended. We had a fabulous weekend, I could’ve stayed longer.

We had a wonderful few nights. A great play to relax and loved the fact that it's so tucked away with so many walks straight out the door. A bonus was seeing the odd supersonic jet emerge at tree level at the end of the Mach Loop. Don't worry, these were a spectacle, not an irritation. Peace and serenity assured here and some wonderful beaches a short car ride away. Recommended!

A beautiful & enchanting place. Perfect to disconnect and reconnect with nature. The roundhouse itself is truly magical set in an almost mythical location. Will return and definitely recommend for those looking to tune out.

We stayed in Epynt and had a lovely couple of days.
It was basic but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Double bed was very comfortable and the kids liked staying on the bunkbeds.
The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially at sun set.
We found it warm enough so didn’t need to use the log burner.
The communal kitchen was great and the games room was a very welcome addition.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at the roundhouse it was so peaceful waking up with the birds in the morning and being surrounded by nature. We spend lot's of time outdoors by the fireplace.

We stayed as a small family of three in the Cedar Cabin for my birthday and had a great time! The Cabin was cosy, tidy and in a great spot with views down the valley. Andrew helped us settle in and had some recommendations for places to visit. We had the fire pit one night and shamefully we struggled to keep a fire going, so Andrew popped over to help out. With the anglers pond nearby, it was great for bird watching. We will definitely be returning and thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This place is extremely special. Very remote, beautiful and tranquil in natural and peaceful surroundings.
If you're an eco-friendly animal lover you will be at home here. I wish I could have stayed forever.
The round house is so pretty, very clean, very well thought out, has everything you need and is the perfect retreat. I will return 100%.
Compost toilet is clean and tidy, not smelly. The shower is warm with everything you need and even the toiletries are amazing.
Megan and Benjamin are super lovely humans. Always there to help if needed, very kind and considerate.
I would recommend a pair of Wellies as is a little walk from the parking area to the round house. Definitely worth it though 👌
Also it's a good drive 'up' so keep going you're not lost 😅
