Situated on 160 acres within Exmoor National Park, campers are encouraged to take advantage of our relaxed, rule-free approach allowing you to pitch wherever you fancy. Sheltered corners and wide open spaces are aplenty suiting everyone from couples to large groups. Panoramic sea views greet every patch of our working farm while CAMPFIRES and DOGS are actively encouraged.
If the views bring you, it's the inclusive facilities that'll keep you. Two blocks contain 10 toilets, 7 unlimited hot showers (try these!), laundry, washing sinks, fridge/freezer & a microwave. There are also freshwater standpipes in each field and a chemical disposal point.
However, sometimes a shower doesn't hack it. That's where our converted stone Barn Café comes in-complete with Wi-Fi & charging points. Open all day every day, 'The Barn' provides an oasis away from the elements, where you can enjoy everything from breakfast in the garden to dinner by the woodburner. If DIY campfire cooking is more your style, we also have a fully-stocked farm shop onsite providing all the essentials & much more too!
Drinks? There's only one choice... a pint o' Caffyns cider. Homegrown on our 3000-tree strong orchard, located next to the campfields, our apples go from picking to pinting without leaving the farm. From sweet to scrumpy varieties there is no better way to try this land's fabled beverage than in our cider bar.
For the adrenaline junkies, onsite horse riding allows you to sample Exmoor's scenery from the saddle. Catering to all experience levels, from beginner to advanced, our range of rides (1hr-3hrs) gives everyone the chance to explore with a discount given to those staying with us!
Wandering through Caffyns acreage will introduce you to some of the other friendly farmyard 'locals'. Goats (Hint: Goat Cafe?!), alpacas, chickens, turkeys & sheep are all dotted throughout the farm on the way down to the South West Coast Path on our farm's perimeter. The nearest beach is a 20min walk away (Lee Bay) while Lynton & Lynmouth are 45mins.

Quiet location though centrally placed to many tourist attractions , Folly farm, Oakwood, Wake park, Llysfran dam and many more, as well as the beaches Amroth 5 miles, Tenby and Saundersfoot 9 miles. The boutique town of Narberth is a mile or 20 minute walk. The nearest bar is a 10 minute walk to Noble court. We offer electric hard standing and grass pitches as well as non electric pitches, children’s playing field and walks around the fields.
We also welcome pets at a small charge per day, with responsible owners and encourage to use the fields to walk their dogs.
Our facilities are new and offer showers and toilets, toilet disposal, fresh water and recycling. We also now have a kids play park, to be supervised by adults. The views over the Preseli mountains are stunning, which will enhance your holiday.
We do have a few rules, dogs on a lead at all times, quiet time from 8pm, no loud noise after 10 pm. Young children to be supervised in toilets and the children’s play park
People which persistently break the rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

We're a tiny camping and glamping site with just 5 camping pitches, a traditional Mongolian Yurt and 2 bell tents. Our pitches are all surrounded by flowering grasses and wild flowers and each have their own sunken fire pit. You can explore the winding paths where you might happen upon a hammock for an afternoon snooze or even some fairies (if you tiptoe!)...
We have compost toilets, a shower with unlimited hot water and a shared fridge and freezer. The camping area is car free after set up.

A holiday taking in two countries – a tad ambitious? Not in the slightest. Take off to Offa’s Dyke Retreat and such escapades are very easy indeed, as you’re almost on the border of England and Wales, with plenty of gorgeous scenery and outdoorsy antics on both sides of the divide.
Site is set in 3 acres with new 2023 communal space, including games room sofa snug, dinning area, new wet rooms and kitchen to be complete December 2023.
You can start gazing at that scenery without even leaving this friendly glamping site in the little village of Longtown, for the outlook here is one of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons National Park. Ready for a closer look? Get those boots on and set off for a wander. The Offa’s Dyke path passes nearby on its way from Pandy to Hay-on-Wye, and there are lots of little local paths to explore too.
A stroll of a much less strenuous variety (barely a 7 minute, in fact) takes you to the local pub for home-cooked meals, local ales. If you can manage a little further (a 6 minutes walk), you can get to a fab village shop stacked with fresh and frozen food, local tipples and homemade cakes. Stock up there and trot back to the site for a picnic or barbecue (firepit provided, with firewood available to buy on site), or use the well-equipped communal kitchen to prep your eats.
5 ensuite railway carriages with kitchenette, 2 pods and 3 further carriages use shared facilities on site include a toilet block with a couple of showers; no need to bring your own towels, as you’ll be provided with these when you get here, along with bedding for your cosy sleeping quarters.

Ross communicated perfectly before I arrived and met me when I arrived as he did with each person that followed to camp. Clean compost toilets and a tap as promised. I wanted for nothing.
It was so stunning to be there even with the wild winds that Ross had given me ample warning about. Skies were breathtaking , views were memorable , I loved it and thank you to Ross for keeping it simple and sharing his land.

Just a perfect all round site/field. A toilet and water a few steps away from your pitch, a beautiful view of the valley wherever you are, a peaceful and the easy arrival that just felt like you found a random field in the hills. What more could you ask for.

Lovely location for a campsite, right next to the river. Three clean compost toilets to choose from!
David was excellent, even though we didn't meet he messaged before and the morning after our stay.

Lovely campsite, good thoughtfully planned facilities. On arrival i was very aware of the leisure centre next door imposing light, sound and visually not ideal. Having said that, once I had my van facing away from it, it didn’t detract from my stay. They have created a lovely peaceful campsite and I would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay with my dog at this lovely campsite. The pitches are spacious and the views are absolutely stunning. The staff are welcoming, friendly and relaxed, which makes for a really enjoyable atmosphere.
The facilities are clean and plentiful, with lovely hot showers and great water pressure. There are also two large fridges and a chest freezer, which are really useful. The little shop is well stocked with all the essentials, too.
The cider bar is a real highlight, offering tasty food and their own cider. The apple crumble was absolutely excellent!
There are also plenty of footpaths straight from the farm, including routes to the coast path and Lee Bay. If you’re feeling brave, you can even walk towards Lynton and Lynmouth.
A beautiful, peaceful site with everything you need for a great stay. I’d definitely come back!

Stayed here before and loved it. We camped in the woods last time, close to the river but opted for the field this time.
We love that this place is just basic. Some toilet facilities and nothing more. When we just want to get away from life, this is the place to go. We managed to catch trout last time, but this time we blanked unfortunately. Although it is close to a town, it feels as if you’re a million miles from anywhere. Look up at the stars at night and listen to the river. David is a friendly host too and usually pops by to say hi.
Highly recommend this place.
