We had a great time glamping in Pridie's fields. It was very relaxing and lots of fun. The facilities were good.

Fab campsite. Beautiful scenery, fabulous small site with eco friendly facilities, which were spotless. The farm owners were a lovely couple too. Definitely be back.

Charles was brilliant. Really friendly and took the time to show us around and came back to check on us the following day. He gave great local suggestions and the facilities were both clean and nice. Would 100% visit again. We also had two dogs - they loved it.

Weekend Trip to Henbant Permaculture Farm + Camp

Beautiful camping spot in the Black Mountains. Loved the separate pitches in the meadow, with plenty of space for the kids to run around. The swing and the stream were a hit for the kids, and lovely walks from the campsite. The facilities were basic, but fine for our needs and perfectly clean. Thank you for sharing your lovely farm.

Absolutely amazing spot in the valley with great views of the sea and some spectacular sunsets. The site itself is full of things to explore and little hidden spots, it’s really laid back and chill and the on site shop and facilities are great. Such a great find, will return again!

We had a lovely stay here last weekend. Lots of little touches elevate this tucked away campsite above others. Highly recommend.

The campsite is small but very beautiful. We felt very comfortable. It has a beautiful walk through the forest and the facilities are good.

Fantastic campsite in a really great location. The site itself was lovely kept and facilities exceptionally clean - by far the best facilities we have come across yet. We arrived late so rang the number as requested and the lady was helpful regardless of the awkward late check-in. She did mention I should have received my pitch number pre arrival, which I had but didn’t realise as it was sent from the campsite itself and not through the booking agent, Hipcamp - something to look out for if you’re planning a stay. The beach was a 10 minute walk down a lovely lane, easily done with my small children. The beach itself is beautiful and had a lovely little bar/restaurant which sold Vegan ice cream which was a bonus for a plant based family!! They don’t sell fire wood/kindling onsite but the garage down the road sells it. Worth picking some up en route. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future, thanks so much :)

Nice and quiet place. A lot to do around the area aswell and really welcoming host!

Stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect. Hosts were amazing! Communal area was nice with the fire pit and fridge for all to use really came in handy! Pembrokeshire is nice and plenty to do! Highly recommend.

Pridie and James Thank you. What a beautiful campsite you have built. So much space, privacy and a wonderful experience from start to finish. So many other campsites would have crammed in extra pitches, but there were a max of 6 pitches in a whole field. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Well done - you are exactly the sort of site that "coolcamping", when it started, was all about - off the beaten track, unspoilt and run by genuine, lovely people. J&S.

Very clean and well kept site. Great views of surrounding mountains and only a 5 minute drive to abersoch town. Pitches are spacious and are clearly separated by hedges. I would highly recommend this place it’s one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. We only had a brief chat with the owners on arrival as we got there late but they were helpful and seemed like nice people.

Incredible views of mountains and sea, abundant wildlife, wonderfully clean facilities, amazing pitches to camp on…..all this was superb but the best of all was the friendliness of the staff, from singing cleaners to genuinely friendly owners who are passionate about what they do. Every single person we met had a smile on their face and it was an honour to camp there and feel part of it all for the few brief days that we stayed. 15 out of 10 on EVERYTHING

Gwersyllfa Glyndŵr Campsite

Gwersyllfa Glyndŵr Campsite is a small, peaceful, family run and adult only site for walkers and cyclists. Located within walking distance of the historical market town of Machynlleth, we're a great base for exploring all that rural Mid West Wales has to offer. We're on the Glyndŵr National Walking Trail and the Wales Coast Path. There are many cycling trails of all levels nearby - from the Lon Las and Dyfi Bike Park to Ystwyth and Elan Trails. A short bus ride from us are the Snowdonia National Park, Cader Idris and beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay. Our guests love the outdoors but like a little relaxation at the end of a day's activities, so we offer a some home comforts in the communal camping facilities barn which has a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, microwave and washing up area as well as an indoor seating area on the mezzanine level. Hot showers and toilets are available in the wet rooms also situated in the barn. You can unwind under the stars in the communal campfire area next to the camping field. There's an outdoor sink on the camping field for cleaning muddy gear and a place to clean your bike if needed. The nearby town offers independent shops, an art gallery and historical buildings. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, grocery shops and a petrol station where you can top up on supplies. You'll get the best of both worlds at this secluded campsite which overlooks the Dyfi Valley's stunning scenery whilst being within stone's throw of local amenities.
