This small, family-run site has spectacular views over the Ceredigion Hills at Maesypwll and is five minutes’ drive from the Lampeter campus. While you’re in Lampeter, pick up food supplies from the supermarkets in Lampeter, or if cooking is off the schedule (this is your holiday after all) there are pubs, fish and chip shops and takeaways galore for you to choose your supper from. Set on a working farm, the pitches have easy access from the main A475, giving you good connections with the coast at Aberaeron (25 minutes’ drive) or the indie shops of Carmarthen (40 minutes). Simple on-site facilities include a shower and loo block, plus recycling and waste-water disposal. With just a handful of pitches, there is loads of room for kids to let off steam safely and have a run around with (well-behaved) dogs.

There's every comfort to make your stay a home from home; comfortable bedding, handmade and reclaimed furniture and a simple, well equipped kitchen. Highly insulated it's easy to heat with the wood burner. Outside there's your own private compost toilet and a gas powered shower. We work from home on various creative projects and therapies and after an initial meet and greet we leave our guests in peace unless you need something. We use regenerative principles to guide us in enhancing Nature here, encouraging wildlife with the trees, flowers, herbs and fruits. If we're able to we often give little tours of the garden and workshop so do ask if your'e interested.

A peaceful site close to Lampeter. The pitches are grass and fairly level and there are two small, but beautifully clean toilet and shower shacks with a washing and fresh water area behind. Great communication from the hosts.
