Off the beaten track on top of the Mendips in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A mixture of four acres of wild woodland, orchard and field set on a hillside. Our Yurt is set up in the trees giving you peaceful seclusion and a clear view across the sea to Wales and the mountains of the Brecon Beacons. The Yurt is big and sleeps up to four very comfortably. It has its own stove and outside is a washroom just for you with hot shower , toilet and sinks. Your own meadow allows you to just relax and be. Up on the campfield you can bring your own tent or hire a Belle tent from us with all the fittings to camp contentedly. Our new Wash House has hot showers, flushing toilets and basins. You can light a fire and cook up a BBQ or maybe just watch the world go by. A huge range of activities are possible or you can lie in the hammock with a good book. We have very friendly dogs and rescue chickens who may come and visit. Wild deer wander past in the early morning mist and the odd buzzard picks an argument with a bunch of crows but nothing much else should disturb you. We moved here after an 18 month search 11 years ago. It was close to everything we wanted and we've spent some time getting a bit closer.

Nestled in a quiet spot, a few miles from Bromyard and just minutes away from the breathtaking scenery of the Malvern Hills, Out to Grass is a stunning rural campsite surrounded by lush greenery nestled between Herefordshire and Worcestershire. OTG is a dog friendly site and welcomes tents and vans in a choice of 'family camping' or 'lively' fields. There are also beautiful glamping pods available and a wood fired outdoor hot tub for those craving a spot of luxury The enthusiastic OTG crew provide a warm welcome on arrival and are always happy to help where they can. The site boasts spotless facillities with hot showers and flushing toilets. OTG have received a gold award from Green Tourism for their eco and environental work Pitches are on grass with optional electric or you can forget the tent pegs and stay in one of the lovely glamping pods, equipped with bedding, electric sockets and cooking appliances. The site has an onsite bar and caterers selling fresh coffee, smoothies and hot food. There is Family Friendly music playing most weekends (and also some adult only late night camping weekends available to book). There is a communal covered fire pit with comfy sofas perfect for sitting around chatting and toasting marsh mellows. The site is also blessed with a beautiful open sky for stargazing on new moons. There are some lovely country walks accessible directly from the campsite Most weekends there will be workshops and activities on offer, as well as well-being services such as massages and morning yoga The site has Geodomes available for hire on numerous weekends, complete with full sound system, lights, decor and a stage for bands or DJs, perfect for playing your own music It is also possible to hire the entire site on an exclusive basis for weddings, parties, gatherings and much more. I stayed on David land and he was very kind and welcoming, I got to know his horse George and muched out the Stall and walked George on his head halter and lead and also was allowed to feed and brush him and clean his hooves, I was very much in my eliminates, wildlife and so much nature

Nice piece of land with a wild camp feel. I met Dave when I arrived, he seemed like a lovely chap. The field will be muddy when wet so if you’re in a van beware. I chose to spend my second night on the hard standing as it was very wet and I’m glad I did. Even if I avoided getting stuck I would have churned up the ground pretty badly Lots of fire pits dotted around which was really convenient for a camp fire Really convenient location for Brecon and surrounding areas

Had an absolutely magical two night stay here for our anniversary. The bed is super comfy. The bath was so relaxing I'm afraid it might have ruined every other bath for me from here on out! The outdoor shower is superb, I've never felt so relaxed and energised. The area is absolutely beautiful, we went for a walk on the gorgeous bluebell woods and the woodland commons. Hostess was super friendly and helpful, I can't recommend it enough.

Lovely area, beautiful and quaint. The pod was efficient enough bed and space. Only thing we did not like was the fact there was no window and the door (stable door type) had to be left a jar for air circulation. But the hosts we very accommodating. The compost toilet one of the best so far. Wasn't really keen with the shower door being connected to their property which meant we as a family felt uncomfortable using the shower room. But overall decent for a roof over our head whilst we explored.

David land was very convenient and very clean. Loads of spots to make a fire and great areas to camp by the river. The onsite compost toilet was very clean and maintained. David is a great host I highly recommend staying here. Site is also a quick drive to the town center and large shops for fire wood or snacks.

Really lovely site near Brecon! Perfect spot for wild camping with river, forest and field and basic toilet. Night sky was so clear and the woods were lively with wildlife. David and his horse were both very friendly! Both me and my dog Barney had an amazing stay and did a lovely circular walk to Pen y Crug the following day. Will most definately be back!!
