Set amongst 5 acres of picturesque farmland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within walking distance to Charmouth, which is part of the World Heritage Coast. With your own spacious camping spot, enjoy the panoramic views of the rolling hills of Lyme Regis. We provide generous grass only pitches for tents and camper-vans. These are unpowered sites. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate for caravans. Nearby attractions include the Jurrasic Coast, quaint market towns and local pubs serving farm fresh food and local seafood. Enjoy River Cottage HQ for a cookery course and get a taste of local cuisine. Also near by is Lyme Regis driving range, golf course and foot-golf. If you fancy exploring Lyme Regis, take the park and ride which is within a short walking distance South of the farm. If walking is more your thing, there is an abundance of local footpaths including the south west coastal path, with Lyme Regis just 1 mile away. Our amenities include flushing toilets and hot water shower blocks. A designated space is avaliable for washing dirty dishes. Be advised that only cold water is provided. With pizza’s available on some weekends, breakfast baguettes for breakfast and a selection of farm produce available - we have everything you could need, we are campervan friendly too. Our beautiful home is a glamping and camping site with its own gorgeous fishing lake on the outskirts of the village of Llandyfan. You can find us to the west of the Brecon Beacons or Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Llandyfan Campsite has been lovingly re-established in early 2024 by Andy and Jo. Since taking ownership, we have rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into restoring it to its former glory and will soon be back to being a fully operational slice of Welsh heaven. Our first focus has been the fishing lake which we opened in March. The campsite followed in May. We are currently working on electric hook ups and other improvements. We have chickens on site that roam free during the day. They are friendly and like to wander around the tents to say hello to our guests! We would like everyone who visits to have a great time and a relaxing break. Whilst here please be considerate towards others, to their property, and while using the facilities. If you have any concerns, please let us know. We have brought out a few rules from our T&Cs and we kindly ask that you have a read through before your stay. Litter: You must pick up your litter. Please either take it with you or recycle it appropriately in the bins onsite. There are bins around the campsite, please recycle where possible. Pitches to be left as you found them. Noise: Be respectful and consider your neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am in the morning. No loud music is to be played at any time. Children: Children must be supervised at all times around the campsite and can play within the pitch space allocated to you. At quiet times, it may be possible for children to use vacant pitches for play but this cannot be guaranteed. The amenity block and associated facilities are not to be used as a play area. Dogs: Must not to be left unattended. Are to be kept on leads at all times whilst on the campsite. (We are working on an enclosed dog walking area, however this is not yet available). no refunds on bookings if cancelled withing 10days of booking

Absolutely beautiful spot, even better than the photos make out. Lesley showed us a more sheltered pitch and it was perfect. The walking straight from the site was amazing and the views from littlehangman down into the town were stunning. Paul provided us with a big bucket of logs and we kept the fire going for ages. Would 100% recommend :)

My family and I stayed at this picturesque site for 2 weeks and we had an amazing time. Lesley and her husband Paul were wonderful hosts, always happy to chat and a fountain of knowledge about the area. They kept the facilities clean even over a busy bank holiday weekend. There were two flushing toilets and one portaloo (to save those at the top of the site from walking too far), two warm showers, washing up facilities and a lovely converted railway carriage that had electrical points and a fridge freezer. On the few days we had rain this carriage was a great space to eat or play board games. The site has outstanding views overlooking the valley with combe martin bay. Alongside it is a public footpath taking you to great hangman and further Exmoor trails. You can walk to combe martin from here but it is a steep hill back up so bear that in mind if you take a lot of stuff to the beach. Also being up so high you get the spectacular views but it can be windy on occasions so bear the weather in mind when choosing your spot (you are not assigned a specific position so you can move if the weather changes). What i really liked was that the site was not overcrowded even when fully booked as the hosts keep numbers low. This meant it was not noisy and you did not feel like you were on top of anyone. We would definitely come back here.

Bill and Helen are so lovely and accommodating. A very ebullient and energetic couple. They rallied all the campers together on our last night to play volleyball as the site was closing for the season the next day. There’s a volleyball and badminton net in the middle of the field with rackets etc supplied if you just want a fun knock up. There pitch sizes are great are really generously spaced out. Loved the llamas and the fresh hen eggs that Helen left out for grabs one morning.! Couldn’t fault this place. We will be back.

Absolutely stunning!! The view was outstanding! The facilities were really lovely, a proper toilet seat! Couple of showers, sinks to wash hands and an outside washing up sink. It was cleaned regularly and well maintained! They had a hut next to the toilet facilities with a fridge and freezer, and a table if you wish to use. The owners are very friendly and came round regularly to check if needed anything! Definitely recommend! The road coming into the field was ok, it is quite even, and with a low car like my own, we was able to get through without a scratch!😅 Small village 10 minute drive and we also climbed the Great hangman which was a 40 minute hike!

We found the owners to be really friendly, and this spot has such an amazing view we’re sure to be back at some point. The communal area and washing up space is also nicely presented. We did spot what looked like a port-a-loo at the top area, and we had two loo’s in the bottom area. It would be great if there were more than two loo’s here as it can get rather busy. But the camp site is in such a beautiful location with amazing views, it’s well worth your time! We had a great stay, thank you!

This camping spot is incredible, I’ve been here on two separate occasions now and it’s not disappointed on either of them - the people who run it are really lovely and super helpful with anything you’d need. The facilities are nice and a good standard for a camping site. The view and location of this place is unreal, Combe Martin is also a lovely town to explore not far from the site.

A wonderful small site with all the facilities you need. Bill made us feel truly welcome. A short walk from the site into the woods and to the river, perfect for the dog to cool off and swim. Some evening noise from Sandy Balls but as explained in the site description. It was handy having those site facilities right next door. We’d definitely return.

It was great. The facilities are really good and the owners are friendly. I would stay again but not on pitch 2 as it's on a hill and our bed was a bit lopsided! The toilets should also just be unisex as I used the men's when it was free and got tutted at even though there was a queue for the women and no men when I went in and the toilets were just toilets not anything like a urinal or like a load of toilets. Just single toilets both exactly the same. Anyway, that's just a detail and overall we had a brilliant time thank you! Ruth

Great location and great host too! Very welcoming and good information provided on site and walks etc. Toilets and showers kept clean and tidy but would be very busy if the site was fuller so a few more would be good. Lovely walk down into Lyme Regis across fields and along river but steep walk back so bus is recommended! Would highly recommend and will look to stay again! 👍

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was outstanding with an amazing back to nature feel, extremely quiet even when it got a bit busier with young family’s, the facilities provided like the communal fridge and plug sockets were great! The communal toilets and showers were really clean, quite central to many places to visit in north Devon! We will definitely be returning!

Lovely site, very friendly will great owners. We stayed for 10 nights and had a great time. If you want a very quite site this my not be for you as you get quite a bit of noise from the nearby Sandyballs site.
