We loved our stay at Aldridge Mill! It was so peaceful and lots of lovely walking spots near by :)

What an incredible stay at this working farm campsite in North Devon! From the moment we arrived, Nick made us feel completely welcome with her warm, relaxed approach. She strikes the perfect balance - always visible and ready to help with anything you need, while having thoughtfully designed the campsite so that most of your needs are already taken care of without having to ask.
The practical touches really stood out: the double-space fridge was brilliant for longer stays, and the honesty box system for the washer and dryer worked seamlessly. The shower block deserves special mention - spacious enough for whole families, spotlessly clean, and with excellent water pressure and hot water. Perfect for families with children.
What makes this place truly magical is being on a genuine working farm. The animals are integrated naturally into the campsite environment, and there's a wonderful freedom to wander around and observe them respectfully. No overly officious rules - just common sense and respect for the animals and farm life. The views across the Devon countryside are absolutely stunning.
Nick herself was exceptional throughout our stay - her genuine care for guests and attention to detail really shows. We're already planning our return visit!
Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic farm experience with excellent facilities and the warmest of welcomes.

Absolutely beautiful site which was made even more special with Beryl. We loved the wildlife areas and the little paths to find games and the stream. We had a family game of rounders and watched the sunset from the bath 💖 we will certainly be coming back!

Best place we have stayed!! So relaxing and peaceful, lots of rabbits and bird to watch. The pitch was out of this world. We took our reactive dog and it was the best place we could of brought him so dog friendly. The host is so lovely and kind also very helpful if need will definitely be rebooking.
