4 nights at Bredy Farm

We really enjoyed our stay at Bredy Farm, which is set in gorgeous countryside & is close to many fabulous beaches along the Jurassic Coast. As they advertise, the campsite can & does get noisy on a Friday & Saturday night, but it's blissfully quiet on weeknights so it's all a question of balance. Having a pool, a bar, a great Italian restaurant & live music/ DJs just over the road on the main farm site means that there's loads to keep you entertained if you're feeling lively/ don't want to cook. All in all, a fun place to stay & a great base for exploring this part of Dorset.

1 night at Stockbridge View Campsite

Excellent facilities- very clean and well stocked. Mark the warden was there if you needed him. Large field surrounded by wild flowers and lots of butterflies in the lovely area of Stockbridge. Would recommend.

Really nice campsite and a fantastic shop and cafe. No cars field much better than the area for campers (which has no view), but other than that (if you are in a van) this is a gem of a site.

We had a fabulous night camping at SV. The walk down to the village was easy, where there's lots of shops, gelato, coffee shops and we fed the fish in the stream. The facilities onsite were a great standard, with hot showers and stocked kitchen and freezer for storing or borrowing ice blocks. The picnic benches were all around the site, which was a bonus to have one to ourselves.

Abbey Farm was excellent. The price was outstanding for what was on offer with the facilities and the site had so much open space it was great. Only slight issue was the shower was actually too hot to stand under

Absolutely perfect, though not for everyone, luckily! Peaceful - meadows, birds, clover, butterflies, grasses, insects, moonlight. Spent a good while searching for the green woodpecker, but could only hear her. Couldn't drag myself away from the campsite!

Very beautiful place to stay with stunning views! everyone on the campsite were really lovely, I would definitely recommend to anyone who were thinking about going for a couple of nights! I will say Saturday night was definitely a little louder past 10pm but nothing you couldn’t sleep through! Dave was also very accommodating, checked up with everyone regularly and had help with the front gate.

We had an idyllic midsummer stay. The owner, Carl, is an extremely nice man. The camping field is large and beautiful, and we had it to ourselves on the final night. The toilet/shower block is small but clean and perfectly serviceable. We'll definitely be back - possibly as soon as later this summer. Hugely recommended.

Such a nice campsite, back to basics, no frills perfect camping. But full of quality that could go amiss. The showers and toilets were always clean, the showers were so warm and not like the piddly ones you get. Proper showers you would have at home. Washing up facilities are amazing with sinks at the right height! Easy access in and was able to choose our own pitch. The warden was always on hand and accomodating. The whole site and everything was absolutely faultless and for £20 per night was an absolute bargain. Would recommend 100% and we are looking forward to our return trip.

We had a lovely one night stay, wish we had stayed longer! The site is so peaceful, in a stunning location, and the facilities were nice and clean. Andrew was amazing, even came to the rescue when he saw me struggling with the tent! As my first time camping solo with dog and 6 year old, I couldn’t have found a better place!
