Buzzard Yurt on the hillside at the top of the paddock, with its large terrace and stunning views across the Axe valley.

Each has exclusive use of their own homemade, separate, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy chill-out area with books and games, and private indoor shower. Each yurt pitch has its own compost loo and campfire area. Extra wood at low cost, freezer space and additional tent space all available. Buzzard also has a rustic indoor loo (close to daytime spaces.)
There's a shared games/pool/music room with a piano and guitars.
Homegrown produce often available from the organic smallholding.

Wild swimming in the natural swimming pond, which has a selection of kayaks, boards and lifejackets. Great for building open water confidence and paddle practice.

Absolute gem of a camping site. Beautiful, astonishingly quiet (except for the birdsong), my sons were thrilled at being able to fish at the bottom of the field, camp fires are allowed and the shower is so cute- in a converted horsebox! If you like seclusion this is the place for you. Maybe no one else does, as we were the only people there for several days, and were only ever joined by two more parties of people.

3 nights at West Kellow Yurts
We had an exceptional visit, staying in the shepherds hut.
The hut was cute and the views were amazing.
Everyone was really friendly and the staff were very helpful.
There was no electricty or drinking water in the hut, but that wasn't a problem because the hut was full of tea lights and solar lights and the kitchen / showers were a short walk.

Tucked away down a stoney track,this unique site is nestled around a deep quarry lake. The lake was beautiful to swim in. With just a couple of pitches , this place felt secluded and secret.

tolle Pitches, der See ist toll zum Baden, ein angrenzender Fluss sorgte ebenfalls für Abkühlung, abends Feuer direkt am See und Besuch von Ponys. Alles war dabei, herrlich!!

Great immersion in nature, the yurts all have a generous circle of privacy, edged by nature.
Our yurt was very cozy and comfortable.
No shade though when the sun is out, wise to bring shade. And a drying line.

Absolutely stunning spot to camp. Beautiful views, well apart from other campers. Clean compost toilet with toilet roll and hand gel available - and a sink with soap just across in the horsebox. Excellent hot shower in the horse box - with only 1 spider seen thankfully, as I really needed a shower after our free mud bath spa treatment (pay attention to the tide times when kayaking 😂)
Jonathan was very responsive and came straight out to show us how to get to the river.
Would definitely return!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Enchanted Wilderness campsite, it is such a beautiful spot right next to the river Tamar. We hired the kayak and paddled up to Calstock and had a wonderful time. I will be returning next weekend to do it all again! Thank you Johnathan
