There's sentier for hiking and two lakes to enjoy with a kayak. There is a bicycle available to go for a ride. In the tipi, the wood is included as well as a bed, just bring your sleeping bags. Weekend Trip to Purple Sunset

My wife and I had such a wonderful time. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained , you can really feel the care that goes into it. Alain was an exceptional host. C’était parfait!! Bien isolé, sans voisins et assez reculé de la route. On entends un peu la route mais en bruit de fond seulement. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Le terrain est beau, bien aménagé. On a eu l’impression d’être seul au monde! On y retournerait sans hésitation!

It was great! Easy to find if you read the instructions. The site was well maintained and loved the gravel patch - made packing up the tent so much easier. Fire pit was also great. Site is exactly as advertised. Bonus!! Amazing view of the stars.

Weekend Trip to Private River Sunset Camping

The gated food forest was so pretty and clean. We loved the soft grass, huge fire pit, and the two large umbrellas and tables. Our dog was able to roam around and play safely. The location is beautiful with rolling hills and farms. Nicole and Robert were very friendly and kind. They recommended some great hikes and festivals going on in the area. We would love to come back in the Fall to see all the colours.

The sunsets were beautiful ( reds,oranges,pinks and purples) Little fire area and a good amount of land to roam around. The tiny house had what was needed. It was very quaint and cozy. The host Alain was really kind and easy to talk to.

I set up my tent right next to the creek, and it was pure magic. The gentle sound of the flowing water was incredibly soothing — like nature’s lullaby through the night. The spot is basic and completely wild, but that’s exactly what makes it special. No crowds — just peace. 🌿 The ground is flat enough for a tent, with space for one or two campers. It’s only accessible by foot, which makes it feel truly remote. In the morning, I woke up to birdsong and soft sunlight filtering through the trees — such a calm and grounding way to start the day. 🌳 There are a few lovely little trails nearby, perfect for a peaceful walk through the woods. One of the highlights was the cozy riverside area with chairs and a hammock — such a perfect place to relax, read, or simply listen to the water. 🌟 A big thank-you to Paule and Benoît, who were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their generosity and good energy added a really special touch to the experience. A little hidden gem for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the raw beauty of nature. 💚 I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent site pour faire du camping! De plus la terre possède de nombreux sentiers aménagés très joli. À savoir que le site est à découvert du soleil donc ça fait très chaud quand le soleil tape le matin! Stéphan est un host amical qui avais des conseils utiles à partager! Ce fut un plaisir.

We enjoyed our stay on Nicole’s land. It was a very private spot with great birdsong, a short walk down to a beautiful river, lovely sunsets, two sturdy picnic tables, comfortable Adirondack chairs, and a nice lounge chair perfect for reading a book for hours on end like we did. The port-o-potty was immaculately clean. We would have liked to stay even longer. Perhaps we will be back next year!
