You will enjoy an open field with views to the sea. The front area of the house is suitable for bigger RVs. The back site is suitable for smaller RV +/- 20ft. or so. Note that the campsite is not near the water. The part of land is our neighbor's but we have foot access to it.

The site is ideal for all camping types. For tenters, there is a flat grassy area. RVs of any size are welcome in the front, it is a back-in site with some leveling required. As mentioned above, good maneuvering skills are required to get access to the back.
There is a electrical/water hookup and generators are welcome. There is WIFI available. Pets on leash are welcome. Fires are permitted (when there are no fire bans in effect). Please note, there are no restroom facilities available on site, but there are bathrooms in the "halte routière" next door. Please bring your trash with you as there's no trash on the premises.

Lièvre Rouge sits on 275 private acres in the Hautes-Laurentides, two and a half hours north of Montréal — and far enough from everything else that the silence becomes something you can feel.
No road noise. No ambient light. Just boreal forest, three spring-fed lakes, and the particular weight of having nowhere to be.
The micro-cabins are designed to disappear into the landscape — not minimalist for aesthetics, but stripped of everything that gets in the way. Wake up to birdsong or snow-muffled quiet depending on the season. Step outside to a lake that, for these few days, belongs entirely to you.
The Spa du Sous-Bois is the kind of place you stop rushing through. Outdoor thermal soaking, wood-fired sauna, deep forest quiet. Included in your stay. Best appreciated after a long afternoon on the trails — or before the evening begins.

In the evening, follow the lights through the trees to the Café-Buvette — a forest speakeasy that doesn't appear on any map. Handcrafted cocktails, local spirits, craft beers... the kind of atmosphere that only exists when the setting does the work.

Jennie and Jeremy were excellent hosts with a beautiful spot in the heart of hiking country. Absolutely just an incredible site and definitely make sure to look them up if you're in the area and need a place to lay your head. Unfortunately I didn't get to try out any of their amazing extras as it was mainly a business trip. David’s camping spot is magical. Located right on a small private lake in front his parents’ property, only 10-12 minutes from La Tuque. We didn’t get to meet David as he was away, but we did meet David’s parents, who are incredible hosts: hospitable, considerate, kind, and absolutely hilarious. True gems we felt lucky to have met. They made us feel right at home. The only downside is the property is right next to a country road, which can get a little noisy at times, but honestly we didn’t even notice it much. We were quite sad to leave and hope to come back.

Me and my boyfriend loved our stay on the farm! The people there were all super kind and accommodating. We could even pet some cute animals and the views were really beautiful :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The setting is beautiful, perfect for fishing, relaxing, and stargazing at night. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We also brought our two dogs, and it turned out to be a great spot for them as well.
The only minor downside was the nearby road, as you can hear trucks passing at night. That said, it didn’t take away from what was overall an amazing camping experience. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful location with lovely yard and a place to enjoy the outdoors. Oscar was there to greet us and show us the electric and water hookups. Quiet location with an apple orchard across the road and a short walk into town. We would stay there again.

This was my first camp with my girlfriend and we had a great experience! Rae (host) is very friendly, very attentive, and very kind and you can communicate your needs and she'll take care of them if possible. I definitely recommend their Mountain breakfast! Big portion and very delicious! We will be back again for sure.

Nous avons aimé le magnifique paysage de cet jolie camping, aménagé avec tant de soin. Le calme y régnait et nous avons eu le privilège de découvrir la fabrication artisanale de sirop d'érable dans une ancienne cabane à sucre, tout près du camping.
La chaleur est extrêmement conviviale et agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit.
We loved the beautiful and loveley landscape of the huge campground, which is created with so much love. It was very quiet and we had the privilege to see a real and traditional handcrafted production maple syrup in an old suger shack right in the neighbourhood of the campground.
Absolutely friendly and helpful host.
I can highly recommend it.
