Bel accueil, discrétion.. le terrain est impeccable et de plus du bois pour se faire un beau feu de camp.. Notez que terrain est sur le bord de la 155, comme indiqué, donc il y a le bruit de passage des véhicules , la nuit c’est beaucoup moins dérangeant. 🔥 merci de l’accueil ☀️💕💕

David’s camping spot is magical. Located right on a small private lake in front his parents’ property, only 10-12 minutes from La Tuque. We didn’t get to meet David as he was away, but we did meet David’s parents, who are incredible hosts: hospitable, considerate, kind, and absolutely hilarious. True gems we felt lucky to have met. They made us feel right at home. The only downside is the property is right next to a country road, which can get a little noisy at times, but honestly we didn’t even notice it much. We were quite sad to leave and hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The setting is beautiful, perfect for fishing, relaxing, and stargazing at night. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We also brought our two dogs, and it turned out to be a great spot for them as well.
The only minor downside was the nearby road, as you can hear trucks passing at night. That said, it didn’t take away from what was overall an amazing camping experience. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at little forest lake. Our host was friendly and generous with firewood. He also provided information about the area. This is an affordable and convenient accommodation if you are traveling and would appreciate a place right off the highway to stay. Proximity to the road made it noisy at times but it did not disturb our sleep. The lake was pretty especially with the early morning mist.

We had a great time at David's camping spot. There was more than enough space for our tents and car. We could eat on the piknik table and had our fire going until midnight thanks to the firewood. The road next to the spot gets much calmer at night. We got 1 fish from the lake and there are more fishing spots and hiking not too far from the property.
There is also a Maxi/IGA 10 mins away.

Little Forest Lake was the perfect spot to camp and our hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating! The view of the little lake and mountains did not get tiring and there were plenty of hiking trails, parks and beauty to take in nearby! There is a fairly busy road (less busy on weekends) but that was easily forgivable with the spectacular view. The evenings were great by the fire, watching the trout jump. Lots of beautiful wildlife and interesting trees and plants to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Forest Lake!

Owner was gone for the weekend but his elderly parents were there, Ziggy and Irene.
They were very kind and hospitable.
The place is close to several hiking trails 10-15 min away including a waterfall trail in the nearby town of La Tuque

Easy to find, very close to a small town that has all your essentials and a lot of local activities in the area.
David, the site contact was nothing less than absolute perfection to deal with. Very kind and very generous
Property maintained perfectly, tent sites are flat and the fishing was unexpectedly fun (it was nice to have fresh brook trout for breakfast)
Best part: all the fire wood I wanted
