We loved our stay! The workmanship in this tiny home is top quality — every detail feels so well thought out. It’s cute, cosy, and perfectly climate-controlled, making it easy to relax together. The gentle sound of the nearby waterfall was so soothing, and thanks to the excellent construction, we could easily quiet it when we wanted complete silence. The space had all the amenities we needed, from a coffee maker to a hot plate, so we could enjoy quiet mornings in. The perfect setting for catching up on some reading and knitting. A big thank you to our wonderful host, Hernan, and his charming dog Luna for making us feel so welcome. We’ll be coming back for another getaway!

Absolutely Magical Getaway – A Perfect Blend of Nature and Comfort I can’t recommend this tiny house retreat in Halton Hills enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful seclusion and natural beauty that surrounds this handcrafted gem. Nestled in a forested 16 acre property and perched beside a serene stream (which actually flows right beneath the firepit deck!), the entire space feels like a hidden sanctuary. At night, the crackling fire, the soft string lights, light breeze and the gentle sound of water created a truly magical atmosphere. The house itself is impeccably designed – cozy, modern, and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large windows frame the forest outside, and thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen, clever storage, and a desk with a view made it easy to relax and unwind. The manmade dock on the stream gave us the opportunity to bask in the sun and wade in the water when necessary. Definitely made for relaxing. A huge shoutout to our host, Hernan, who was fantastic from start to finish. He greeted us warmly and gave us a clear, helpful overview of the property. His suggestions for nearby hiking trails and conservation areas were spot-on – we especially loved exploring a trail that ran throughout the property. If you’re looking to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature without sacrificing comfort, this is the place for you. Can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Trip to Tiny House | Nordic Spa | WIFI

We had the best time! Was late March and we visited for a birthday celebration to get away from the city (GTA). Was so nice to be able to go south instead of north for once! Further north was hit by a wicked ice storm the weekend we were there but since we avoided that area and went closer to Lake Erie. We made the best choice we could’ve given the weather conditions. It drizzled rain on and off the entire time we were there but it was a welcomed refresh between hopping from the sauna to the hot tub. Bring LOTS of wood. Sauna heats up very quick but hot tub is a process. The tiny home was very clean and cozy and offered everything we needed for two nights. We only cooked outside. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away that feels like you’re hours away in the wilderness but really only an hour or two away from home. Property was beautiful and we watched lots of deer roaming the property. Perfect getaway in the woods for couples!
