You can bring your tent, RV, van or camper and choose from 4 fantastic sites. 1-30 amp service, 2 roadside non-serviced as well as one privative forested site and 3 tent sites. All sites are equipped with a fire pit and access to our outhouse restroom. Wood is available for purchase if you didn’t bring your own! We are currently fencing in the entire property to make it a dog/cat and livestock safe area so pets can enjoy a safer experience . This will be done in stages so hang tight with us until this is completed. You can also explore New Brunswick with a drive on Acadian Coastal Drive ·Appalachian Range Route · Fundy Coastal Drive · Miramichi River Route or Fundy Coastal Drive Stop by and visit Murray Corner Provincial park for a swim and watch the tide roll out. Looking to see multiple provinces?? We are in the perfect spot to see all of what the East coast has to offer. View PEI’s spectacular Confederation Bridge from the shoreline and take a drive to PEI which is only minutes from us. Mainland Nova Scotia is less than a 30 minute drive and if your adventurous and want to drive the Cabot Trail then you can reach Cape Breton Island in under 2 hours! Catch a Ferry to Newfoundland if your heart desires. ONLY accessible to the site by ATV, SXS, bicycle, or hiking . Room to park 2 SXS in the site . Platform has tie downs on all 4 corners , do not peg or nail tent to platform. We had a great two night stay at the Owl's Nest cabin. Helmut answered all of our questions before we left and transported us to the cabin to show us around the cabin and property. Cabin is secluded and off-grid. Our dog was not a fan of the steep stairs to the loft. Don't forget to bring your orange vest and remember to check for ticks. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at Owl’s Nest! Helmut treated you like family, sharing his experiences tending the forest and the cabin that he built. If you’re looking for a place to get off-grid, connect with nature, and be able to explore the many trails just outside your door, this is the place! We especially appreciated how the land was private, so that we could let our pup explore without worrying about running into any other dog owners. It was a great to share this cabin and we will certainly be coming back!

We would have preferred a spot that was easier to maneuver BUT it was exactly as the pictures showed. We have 2 beagles and we worried that other campers might not be as fond of their songs as we are. But by quiet time (11pm) they were settled in. The ONLY unfortunate part of our stay was the large group of young people who didn't start drinking until after 11. At 230, my wife screamed, "Go to bed!" One of them yelled, "Sorry." But it still went on until after 3. They got our dogs and at least one other barking. Except for that one group, the campground was quiet after 11, and earlier, i dont think we hear a single loud voice. If there were dogs besides ours and the one we were travelling with, we never heard them. Better control of the 11pm quiet time is the only suggestion I have. Paula was a wonderful host and the campground is beautiful. Coyotes were in full song just as we were going to bed. The bathroom facilities were probably the nicest and cleanest that we've ever seen at a campground.

We stayed there for 2 nights as a base camp for cycling, The area is wonderful. Unfortunately, we did not have much time to enjoy the two very private beaches. It felt strange to pass on somebody land to access the beach. However, we did chat with the owner, she was very nice and had no issues. If we go back to PEI, we will definitely consider to go back to this site.

Malgré cela, le site pour camper est intime. Il faut marcher un peu et passer là où se trouve le bâtiment habité pour se rendre sur la plage. Nous avons vu plusieurs lièvres. Très amusant pour les enfants.

Besides being the cabin weve ever been to, this cabin is perfect to get away from it all. We really felt recharged and rested and able to reconnect with nature. We saw plenty of different birds, including a flock of Cedar Waxwings and Woodpeckers. The wild blackberries also make for a delicious treat while exploring the surroundings. The atmosphere inside the cabin, during day or night, compares to no other. It is a pleasure for the senses and its solid wood structure has hints Alpine Forest wilderness. You can not go wrong booking the owl's nest.
