Tucked away far enough from the city and hustle bustle, but close enough for convenience, this property boasts a large private lot, oceanview and access to a sandy private beach not even a 1 minute walk from your site! Please note that there are 2 other lots with people living nearby, you will pass one house on your way down. Trouts, road and there is another house at the beachfront that you walk by to get to beach access.... but you will have total privacy! 5 minutes from St Peters Bay where you can buy fresh fish, go to the Landing Shops or General Store for basics, 15 minutes from Morell where you can buy groceries, liquor and gas, 30 minutes to Basin Head beach, 20 minutes to Montague, 45 minutes to Charlottetown. OFF GRID; No water or toilet, just a nice clean spot to set up camp and live with nature! NOTE: the site is best suited for campers/rvs as opposed to tents.Only 1 site available for complete privacy! You do have neighbors, but they are on separate parcels of land and not visible! The site is nestled between trees on a flat semi- grassy area, steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the waves, breathe in the ocean air, stargaze with zero light pollution, take in amazing sunsets and the ocean view.... only steps to a private sandy beach! As describes. The site was clean. Mostly grassy which was freshly cut and flat. The picnic table wasn't in good condition so I would bring your own table/chairs. Little shade since no trees except north side. No issues to access beach via stairs and the beauch was beautiful. Site wasn't visible to the other small cabins close by, though the road to access these are on your site so people sometimes drive through (People were respectful).

We lived the race and privacy at this site. We took the short walk to the shore and enjoyed the glorious sunset and the amazing light on the red rock and the wide open water. It was easy to locate, and convenient for our visit to PEI National Park/Greenwich.

We stayed there for 2 nights as a base camp for cycling, The area is wonderful. Unfortunately, we did not have much time to enjoy the two very private beaches. It felt strange to pass on somebody land to access the beach. However, we did chat with the owner, she was very nice and had no issues. If we go back to PEI, we will definitely consider to go back to this site.

This Oceanside campground is just what we were looking for. Fantastic beach views and just a short drive to the Confederation bike trail. Directions were clear and there was plenty of room to park 27' travel trailer. Thanks!

Endroit très tranquille pour camper. Il faut savoir que le site pour camper est davantage dans la forêt et est sur un terrain privé, là où se trouve un bâtiment habité. Malgré cela, le site pour camper est intime. Il faut marcher un peu et passer là où se trouve le bâtiment habité pour se rendre sur la plage. Nous avons vu plusieurs lièvres. Très amusant pour les enfants.

We spent so much time walking the two very private beaches and the sandstone headlands! Sunrise, sunset, and in between. Ocean very shallow and warm and swimmable. Absolutely magical!

A very beautiful spot right by the sea. Very quiet location, where you can spot bald eagles. The site can only be reached via a narrow path, which gets muddy when it rains. It's almost impossible to navigate with a large motorhome. It was no problem with our truck camper, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this remote spot.

This is a very private, wooded campsite, with a limited view of the ocean. It is necessary to walk by a private home and onto private property in order to reach the stairs to the beach, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, the view of water at the stairs is spectacular and leads to a beautiful beach. The host was very responsive.
