Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

This property has two buildings for rent. One is called the Sweet Suite and the other is called Easy Street. The Sweet Suite contains a 3/4 bed and a pull out couch. There is a sink and a toilet. A deck with chairs and a two burner butane camp stove. It is ideal for two people or three if close or family. Easy Street has a futon, A screened in area and an outside deck. There is a closed in flush toilet beside the building. It has a magnificent view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence including beach and capes. It is ideal for a couple or two people who don't mind being close. There is an outside shower and courtyard to service both buildings. The courtyard has a table and chairs, BBQ that guests are welcome to use. Also at the courtyard is an outside kitchen with running hot and cold water, a pizza oven, a small bar fridge for each cabin, all cooking equipment required i.e pots, pans, utensils, plates. Guests will have access to a set of stairs that lead to the water. This is an off the grid property. The electricity is fueled by solar panels into batteries. Internet is available. There is a washing machine and a clothes line. If you are the least bit uptight and need everything to be perfect this property is not for you. Ruth lives on the property in a separate building and is excited to share the beauty with like minded, appreciative people.Easy Street is situated on the North Shore of PEI. It is located down a long dirt road from highway 16 to the North Shore. The Easy St. bunkie is suitable for two people if you don't mind sharing the same bed. It has a futon that folds down for sleeping. East St. is 10 x 12 and is insulated. There is a screened in area with seating and an outside deck. The property is off the grid and is powered by solar. You will have electricity in the building that will be from an extension cord coming from the building that houses the solar batteries. There is an outside shower available with hot and cold water and a toilet attached to the building. Wifi and a washing machine are also available. This property has an outside kitchen with a pizza oven, fridge, sink and grills. It is beside a communal courtyard. Your fridge will be in the communal space.

Easy Street

Ruth’s place out on the coast is beautiful! A welcomed respite during a long road trip camping our way out east. Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves in the Easy Street cabin was the cherry on top. Everything here is well stocked, great to have an outdoor shower, and nice to chat with Ruth. Stay here!

You'll love this place.

Easy Street

Ruth's place is amazing. If you want a quiet and private place with the most beautiful view, this is it. I loved it. The outdoor shower is amazing (and big enough for two), plus the screened in porch so no bugs! Lots of bunnies, sea gulls, little bitty squirrels with attitude that'll make you laugh.

Easy Street

Magical. Quiet. Private. Beautiful. I totally enjoyed my getaway to Ruth's "Easy Street" hipcamp. Right on the water and away from the world, it was exactly the getaway location I'd hoped for, so I even stayed an extra day. The outdoor shower is fantastic. The endless changing beauty from sunrise to sunset will amaze you. I plan to return next year.

Waterfront Gem with a Pizza Oven

Easy Street

Ruth welcomed me for my weekend stay as her very first Hipcamp guest, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property sits just steps from the water and a nearby beach, and it’s well set up with a full kitchen (complete with a pizza oven!). She provided much-needed coffee and great conversation, which made the stay feel extra warm and personal. I even got to use the pizza oven with fresh dough I picked up from a local pizza truck. Ruth was an absolutely wonderful host, and I’d definitely stay here again. All around, an amazing spot.

Great way to kick off Summer

Appreciated Ruth making the effort to get the place ready for our stay. Her messages did make me feel like I was imposing, however. If she wasn't ready to host someone, the ad should not be up. The Camper did have everything you need, which was very much appreciated. The beds were not comfortable. The fire pit was pretty much non-existent and the black flies were unreal! The communication from Ruth on the day of arrival was very minimal and I was left scrambling trying to make sense of where the camper was located. So I suggest if you have any questions, to ask anything, do so prior to arrival. Be sure to bring your own blankets, sheets and pillows. There is running water, but I would suggest bringing bottled water.
