The trail of the famous Island Walk is less than a km away as well as the path of the Confederation Trail. We are few kilometres from the beautiful picturesque town North Rustico and a 17 min drive to Cavendish, famous for their Music Festivals. A deck with chairs, two burner butane camp stove. It is ideal for two people or three is close or family. Easy Street has a futon, A screened in area and an outside deck. It has a magnificent view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence including beach and capes. There is no toilet but I will provide a camp toilet that you will be responsible for emptying if used. It is ideal for a couple or two people who don't mind being close. There is an outside shower and courtyard to service both buildings. The courtyard has a table and chairs, BBQ that guests are welcome to use. Guests will have access to a set of stairs that lead to the water. This is an off the grid property. The electricity is fueled by solar panels into batteries. Internet is available. There is a washing machine and a clothes line. If you are the least bit uptight and need everything to be perfect this property is not for you. Ruth lives on the property in a separate building and is excited to share the beauty with like minded, appreciative people.
