Everhill Farm is a century-old farm owned by the fifth generation of Harrison’s.
This picturesque river property only a mile from Harriston is fantastic for the naturalist who loves the outdoors and hiking! Lovely maintained walking and biking trails on our property that we share with the local communities Greenway Trail system. Very close to many local businesses with the highlight of walking for ice cream or burgers'n fries at the Red Caboose! After one stay you will be planning on another to experience all the unique camping sites! :)
Campers can choose from six sites directly on the river, there are currently two rustic-looking outhouses on-site with another planned.
Campfires are permitted within local regulations and pets are welcome! Please be respectful of the property and other campers, alcohol is permitted, although glass bottles are discouraged Music is appreciated! Please packout all garbage and leave the campsite the same or better as found.

We offer 2 sites right along the river, a tent-trailer site which can easily accommodate both larger and smaller groups, and a tent only site which can accommodate rooftop camping. Our tent-trailer site is booked on a first come basis and the opposite is made unavailable during your booking. The tent-trailer can accommodate groups that camp together in both style of accommodation.
A short 10 minute drive to nearby amenities (groceries, box stores, gas and liqour) and a quick 1 hour drive to nearby beaches and waterfalls including McGowan Falls, Sauble Beach and Sauble Falls, Hoggs Falls, Inglis Falls.
Take a leisurely float down river by tube, canoe or kayak, step in for a swim or try your hand at casting a rod and reel, by day and camp along the shores by night. Not the water type? Strap on your boots and take a nature filled walk across the property, or nearby at one of the many Saugeen River Conservation Areas.
Are you a night hawk? Fill your evenings with campfires and local entertainment, such as the nearby Drive-In Theater in Hanover or local breweries (Neustadt or Hanover) (10 minute drive).

We had an absolutely perfect camping experience at this spot! The scenery was breathtaking, serene views, and a peaceful vibe that made it hard to leave. Josh, our host, was phenomenal. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all our messages, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The site was well-maintained, and the whole experience felt seamless. We had an amazing time camping at Josh’s beautiful property — it’s truly a hidden gem! The land is massive, with forests, farmland, and a peaceful creek running through it. Josh was kind enough to upgrade us to a creekside campsite, which turned out to be absolutely perfect — spacious, scenic, and shaded by gorgeous willow and maple trees. Having a picnic table and fire pit provided made it even better; relaxing by the fire at night was pure bliss. The outhouse is super convenient and clean.
Even though we arrived later than planned and didn’t get to meet Josh in person, his son Riley took wonderful care of us. He was incredibly welcoming — he welcomed us with some cold beers, gave us a full tour of the property, and even showed us their private woods where we spotted wild mushrooms and local wildlife.
As nature lovers, we couldn’t have asked for more. The combination of beautiful surroundings, warm hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of our best camping experiences. We’ll definitely be coming back again for a longer stay to explore more of this little paradise.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! The area was beautiful and the sites they have to stay at are great spots to camp. The river that runs through the property was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this spot to anyone.

Camping at Angela's hipcamp was the perfect start to our weekend of canoeing/fishing!
The site was perfect! Right infront of the saugeen river. You can fish right at your site if you like fishing, just a few steps down to the shore line. There was a picnic table provided, which was fantastic! The fire pit is set up right under a clearing where you can see millions of stars on a clear night, it was beautiful and so peaceful. Nice even ground for your tent. Very relaxing atmosphere and as felt very private. Its a beautiful property. We added firewood to our booking, we definitely recommend doing that! We couldn't believe the amount of wood she left right on site for us! It burned so nicely and there was an abundance! She made our trip so easy and so relaxing! We will absolutely return with our kids next time!

Our stay at Pasture 1 & 2 was fantastic! Josh, the host was very nice and helped us on our needs. They really take care of this campground and their guests. I love that land is grassy great for kids running around. We catch some fish and crayfish on the river as well. It is a perfect place for family camping and we might be coming back again.
