There are many gorgeous cedar trees surrounding the area. We have a fire pit and picnic table for you to enjoy. Potable water, washroom and shower facilities nearby (5-minute walk). We are tucked behind Hidden Valley Campground property. River activities, such as canoeing, kayaking and tubing are available… and great fishing! Port Elgin main beach is only 15 minutes away. Port Elgin boasts 3 km of fine sandy beaches. Loved camping here

Everything was smooth and Bill helped us a lot and very accommodating. I love the spot we're in, near the river and there's also a playground that kids can play. I would definitely recommend.

Beyond expectations, and a hidden g

The space was private enough that you felt comfortable, but not totally isolated. The sites are Clean and Green. Bill and community are welcoming and warm. I have found my place to return to year after year.

10/10 Private, Family Friendly,

Before we even checked in Bill was so attentive and willing and able to help us. Upon check in he let us choose which site we wanted to stay at that fit us best and took us on a ride around to see the grounds. Helped us unload and load, brought us firewood and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Took my son on a ride and was so sweet and friendly. Great views and right on the river, could hear and see wildlife and nice for kayaking, fishing and swimming. Already looking to see when we can go again!
