Situated on 18 acres, available to our guests we have our main cabin, a dining gazebo, and a riverside gazebo. The area is well treed in for privacy and a true feeling of an escape. Guests can access hours of private hiking trails along the river and through the forest. An open area next to the cabin is available for lounging and games as well as viewing of the night sky with no light pollution.
Located an approximate 200ft from the York River, our 700 sqft cabin features vaulted ceilings with ample amounts of sunlight for a cozy yet airy feel. It is fully winterized with baseboard heaters and a wood stove.

We offer 2 log cabins on a century old farm nestled on Ferguson Lake where you can relax and enjoy swimming, boating and fishing. Each cabin sleeps 6-8 individuals and features a large windowed porch, refrigerator, gas range, microwave, BBQ and is fully equipped to handle your house keeping needs. There are 3 double bunk beds in each cabin and a queen sized bed on the porch. There is running potable cold and hot water in cabin. Although there are NO in-cabin washrooms, we do provide a cabin-dedicated portion of a separate shower and washroom building in very close proximity.
The sandy beach is ideal for children and adults alike to swim and there is a dock for sunning, diving or fishing. We have a raft out in the lake for more experienced swimmers. Along the water’s edge we have plenty of loungers and seating as well as campfire pits with free firewood. You can soak up the sun by the beach, picnic in the shade of our willow trees or try your hand at a game of horse shoes or for the avid fishermen Ferguson Lake has pike, largemouth bass and walleye.
We are a 25-45 minute drive away from Logo’s Land, Calabogie Motorsports Park, 5 golf courses (Dragonfly, Renfrew, Calabogie Highlands, Oaks of Cobden and Whitetail), hiking destinations, ATV trails and numerous other lakes and rivers.

We loved our stay at Tiny Village. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. It has a lot of great things to do, and easy access to the city nearby. The cleaning could be better, but other than that, great place to relax.

Weekend Trip to Tiny Village Ottawa River - Camping
My fiancé and I loved Tiny Village. The experience from before arrival to our checkout was seamless. The previous reviews absolutely do this place justice. The staff is very kind and welcoming. We also loved how friendly the fellow campers were! I would highly recommend this place to a future camper.

This was our second time at the Princeton this summer and we loved it just as much as the first! Way fewer bugs in August compared to June, which was a nice bonus. It’s such a great spot with kids. There was tons to do at the beach, fun trails to explore, and a few play structure options. We also went out on the canoe and paddleboards, which was awesome to have right there to use. The beach on the river offers a sandy area to play and the water is shallow enough for the kids to explore on their own out to the buoys.
The trailer is spacious and has everything we needed for our few days away. The hosts are friendly and responsive, and make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting a Q peaceful getaway!

It is a wonderful place, we had so much on our whole stay in the campsite. Staff are very welcoming and respectful. Amenities are very good especially the beach area is very beautiful. I really recommend this place to camp. 6 hrs drive from our place is so worth it! Planning to come back very very soon!

Amazing time at the Princeton site!! The beach was a minute away by foot, and offered various water activities like paddle boarding and kayaking! My kids had a blast. Chris and Cathy were so welcoming and helpful. I'm looking forward to booking again! 😍

First time at Tiny Village and really enjoyed it. The site was very spacious, level and a good mix of sun and shade. Great communication as I thought I'd be getting there late, so clear instructions were given. Facilities were clean and no waiting for a hot shower! The river and beach are wonderful for kayaking and swimming. It felt very family friendly, safe and peaceful. I'd definitely camp there again

Weekend Trip to New Frontiers Retreat
This was an incredible find! The land was very well maintained, the site was well stocked with everything needed, and the scenery was amazing. I was suprised at the availability; a week before the long weekend we had an amazing spot. Being able to freely canoe or kayak was a nice suprise. Chris was a great guy to deal with, and on top of our questions. Thanks Chris for the all the work you do!

It was my family's first time camping and I must say, what a beautiful experience! We stayed at site 93 (lots of space and privacy), in our tent. The beach is beautiful, the park is nice, the bathrooms are clean, and the people are friendly. Although we didn't participate, we were informed of available activities. We will definitely visit again in the future.

We stayed for two nights in the Princeton and had a great experience. Even with a heat warning in late June, the trailer’s air conditioning kept us comfortable. The bugs were definitely out, but that’s to be expected when you’re enjoying nature. This spot is a fantastic choice for families. We stayed with our two- and three-year-old, and there was so much for them to do at the beach area. The water was shallow enough for them to play safely, and the play structures gave them something to do outside of the water. The trailer was clean, the site was well-kept, and the small beach was absolutely perfect for little kids. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
Our hosts were helpful and responsive as needed, and really just let us enjoy our time! We will be back!
