Please note you must have your own trailer or tent. We’re a 5-10 minute drive to Rathtrevor beach/Parksville, Englishman River. We are right in the middle of an extensive trail network perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding.  Both sites have plenty of space for RVs and trailers - we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. 30 amp Electrical and potable water hookups are available on both sites. WI-FI onsite as well. There is a flush toilet and sink available in our farm store that is available for guest use. No shower yet, but we are working on it! The property is private yet close to all amenities. Local favorite Rocking Horse Pub is a quick walk next door and a must-stop for dinner and drinks!  Centrally located on Vancouver Island, it’s a perfect spot to set up the rig and day trip out to Rathtrevor, Little Qualicum, Parksville, Coombs, Port Alberni valley and Nanaimo, or go for an overnighter in Victoria, Tofino, Mount Washington and the Comox Valley. Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban and we have dry firewood for sale onsite. If you would like firewood send us a message before you arrive. Pets are welcome, but please be responsible for them. There is a large open grass field for you to let them run and burn off that energy. My second time staying at this location. Easy to find and plemty of room to set up camp. It was very quiet, even though there was a large group of other campers staying as well. Sites are a fair distance apart. I'm sure I'll be back again next yr.

1 night at Spring Arbour Magic Forest &Trails!

Magic Forest lives up to its name! We needed a little getaway from the city and this spot was a perfect place to pitch our tent for the night. The property was easy to find with signage directing your way. Having a copy of the map on my phone helped too. The lots are decently sized and come with a firepit and picnic table. There was firewood on the lot for an extra charge but we brought our own. The property is thoughtfully laid out and is well maintained. There are a couple of cabins on the property as well that looked very cozy. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We built a little fire in the evening and fell asleep to the sounds of cayotes howling in the distance. We were one of the only campers there so the vibe may be different during busier seasons. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great spot! Easy to find. Susan and Tony were so welcoming. A brief check in to ensure we have everything we need. The wood stove was such a treat and really made it cozy. Beautiful trails nearby and the beach is so close.

The place was amazing! Susan was so welcoming and nice to talk to! She made us visit her earthship and it was beautiful! The camping spot was nice, there was a lot of extra thing she offered us. I really recommend this place.

The Doighouse is a beautiful site nestled in the trees. Listening to the rain on the cabins metal roof was heavenly. The hosts are incredibly considerate, welcoming and warm. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a nice spot to just get away from life for a few days!
