Welcome to Cuddly Cat Farms. This property is our dream come true. Located 5 min from the city of Vernon you have fantastic views of our beautiful valley and are surrounded by Apple Orchard. We were the first people to live on this land and have built everything you see since 2017. Enjoy 20 beautiful acres just 5 minutes out of Vernon. Close proximity to Kal Lake, Swan Lake and Lake Okanagan. Fantastic hiking trails, biking trails, and watersports close by. We have 3 different to choose from listings: 1 serviced site, 3 dispersed non serviced sites, and 1 air-conditioned Yurt with two single beds. Potable water available. Full washrooms and showers are available. . Campfires permitted (unless fireban is in effect). Free Wifi. We are hoping to slowly turn the land into a type of agrotourism with animals, fresh veggies from the garden and a variety of u-pick options. We look forward to hosting you!

Village Hub Farm Campground Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled! We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life. Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season. Our campground features include: Four forested sites with fire pits and picnic tables. Fires not permitted during fire bans. Tent or RV (up to 20 feet or so) camping Potable water from utility shed Portable toilet facility No power hookups No sani-dump Firewood available for extra cost but there is a lot of fallen dead wood in the forest area if you want to pick it up. No live tree or branch cutting permitter. Showers are an extra cost of $7 per person per shower (12 years old and above) Fun things to do nearby: Water Slides – 10 minutes Kal Beach – 25 minutes Powerhouse Beach on Shuswap River in Enderby - 20 minutes Hiking, road and mountain biking Boating, paddle boarding, swimming Floating down Shuswap River Enderby, Armstrong and Vernon Farmer’s Markets Farm tours, winery tours, bike tours Fishing Paintball And so much more Pets are welcome but must be on a leash, and under control at all time. It’s the perfect place to camp near Bear Creek Provincial Park and Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. We have 3 private campsites with stunning mountain views perfect for a small trailer, or self-contained camper van/tent. Guests can enjoy biking, fishing, hiking and wildlife watching all nearby. We also have a white sand volleyball court to relax and enjoy some friendly competition with your camping partner at the end of your day. Please note that there are no amenities available at the campsite. Campers will need to have a self-contained vehicle and leave no trace. We are dog friendly and request that dogs remain under their owner's control at all times and on leash. We do not allow campfires as our home burned down last year in the McDougal Creek fire as well as a lot of the neighbourhood so we don’t allow any fires or smoking cigarettes on the property. We will be building our new home during the summer but the build is a bit away from where the sites are so it shouldn’t be an issue. But this is forwarded as we know that this is a priority for us as so we won’t stop building even if we have campers, so we just want everyone to know this in advance! We can’t wait to host you and if you have any questions before booking, just ask!

Our property sits just off the main road with a view of the lake and access to the beach and forest. We have two sites that can hold up to four guests each. Pets are welcome. Nearby lakeside attractions include Shuswap Lake Marine Provincial Park and Cinnemousun Narrows Provincial ParkThe property has a firepit with provided firewood, and a pit toilet is a 2-minute walk from the campsite. Flat parking is available. For those bringing an RV, the pull-in site can accommodate up to 40 feet in length. There are no hookups, and generators are not allowed. To the west along the lake, the communities of Scotch Creek and Ross Creek have a few shops and food options. The greater Shuswap Lake area offers a wealth of activities, from kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing, and fishing to visiting wineries and dining at local restaurants.

Nestled against the Provincial Park in a family-friendly RV park you will find relaxation and fun. The beautiful Shuswap Lake and beach is less than a block away, with a Provincial boat launch near by. Entrance to the Provincial Park is also less than a block away, where you will find many trails for biking or walking, as well as playgrounds and a bike park. Amenities such as grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic and eating establishments close by. just a bit to know about the rental We are excited you are coming to enjoy the Shuswap and all it has to offer. We want to make sure you have an enjoyable time at our place and want to make sure you are prepared for your stay. Just a couple of important things to note. 1. Renters will need to bring all of your bedding including pillows. (There are coin operated laundry facilities on site) 2. You will also need to bring your own towels, there are some dish clothes and tea towels available in the park model for your use. 3. A propane tank will be available for use and there is a gas station where you can get it filled up for use of the BBQ and firepit should it run out. 4. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and such you should need including some basic spices for cooking. There is a grocery store just a couple minutes away that can cover all of your needs including a liquor store, and a deli. 5. If you have any questions about the park or concerns with your rental please contact us directly as this is a private rental the park office will not be able to help you. 6. A separate message will be sent that shows the park rules for your Information. 7. Most importantly have fun!
