The site is level and can accommodate vehicles up to 40ft in length. Electrical, sewage, and potable water hookups included. The property is about half natural forest and so it's not unusual to see local critters, large and small peeking out! There are several hiking trails in the area and local parks as well. I had a great stay, and it really is a private and peaceful escape! The bed was super comfy, and the big windows look out onto Katie’s beautiful garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with all kinds of gadgets: an Instant Pot, air fryer, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle 😄. The electric fireplace adds a cozy vibe when you’re relaxing on the couch at night. It was lovely meeting Katie and her absolutely adorable toy poodle, Rico. The suite is a perfect base for exploring the area, and I would definitely stay here again!

A fire pit and firewood are provided. What a great perk!

Weekend Trip to Field Sites & Secluded Tent Sites

We loved tent camping on Paul's property, we drove around and looked at every site and ended up picking site 8 for it's privacy and cute little pond area, though we would have been ecstatic with any of the sites as they were all private and tidy. Boyd and Ace (resident campers we ran into) were also very kind and Ace was fun to pet! (He's a dog haha) the ocean was walking distance away which was also very nice. Paul even offered to deliver firewood to us and build us a cozy campfire! Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a secluded, private, clean place to camp. We'll definitely be back next year!

It was a beautiful spot! Thank you Lisa for the extra touches like the solar lights along the property, the bin of necessary items, the garbage bins and water. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back Someday!! M & G

Such as great spot! We had very much space to park thé RV. Accualy we did not hear a thing, just thé sound of nature. The house of Lisa was about 400 meters away and everthing was taken Care for: water and electricity.

Weekend Trip to Wild Coast Parksville Campsite

Camping site was flat and even. Bathroom was fantastic. Rabbits coming to visit in the evening were definitely a plus. All around a great venue.

Weekend Trip to Salmon Point on Nature Trail

This was a lovely camp spot which was very quiet and peaceful beneath the trees. There were hammocks and tables available to use. It was also a short walk to the coast. We had it to ourselves for the one night, as we travelled in mid-September

1 night at Peacock Camping (Vancouver Island)

The hosts were absolutely fantastic, friendly helpful and very welcoming. The location is beautiful, very close to wonderful beaches. The salt water pool, lama's and other animals were all nice extras.
