We have 2 acres above the Similkameen river with awesome views of the surrounding mountains. We offer fishing and hunting licences as well as local arts and crafts in our little store. A picnic table and fire pit are at the site as well we offer ice and firewood for sale. The river is a short walk down the path where there is a large area to swim,fish or just relax. The Historic town of Hedley is just a 2 minute drive west bound and Princeton is 20 mins away.

Outhouse on the property and it is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

Deer, hummingbirds and marmots are frequent visitors. Feel free to roam the property and take in the beautiful scenery. There are 4 lakes within a 1-5 minute drive for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming. There are many oppurtunities for hiking. Twin lakes golf course is 1 minute away. Also a 1 minute drive is Twin Lakes store which offers liquor, good coffee, baked goods, an ice cream bar and gas. 15 minutes to Penticton. 10 minutes to Kaleden. 15 minutes to Keremeos. The reason this is listed as RV only is because we have no washroom available, however if tents would like to accompany an RV there is plenty of room to do so. RV 30amp outlet available.

We have two tent sites to choose from:- Site 1 boasts a large deck for pitching your tent and enjoying the sacred spot under the eagle's nests (requires a 4WD vehicle to access) - Site 2 has lake views from a creekside forested spot. You need a very dependable 4wd to drive directly to site 2 as there is a steep 40m of a dirt drive.

We are just north east of PRINCETON BC, a Christian couple and a rabbit farm, that would like to share our area with people who enjoy getting into the forest. Our property is located 28 Km off the main Hwy 5A on a well maintained gravel road. We have 2 RV trailers for you to chose from, the smaller 21' one for singles or couples sleeps 3, larger 23' one for families that sleeps 6. We also have a play n pack if needed. In addition to the RV's we have on grid and an off grid areas for tenting or van-life if preferred. Our site is all hills and valleys with LOTS of rocky areas to explore. We have a small creek that runs through the property and have developed 9 kms of developed mountain trails following the creek up the mountain so bring your sturdy hiking boots as the terrain is uneven. Princeton area is renown for Copper Mining and we have many green rocks on the ground that are copper everywhere! We have been told there are also a few old mining caves on or above our property, we have so far located one. And Missezula Lake is 3 km north and one of our favorite summer places to cool off!
