Located on the farm where Muddy Waters grew up and was first recorded. RV Sites offer power and water, but no gray water disposal or septic. Short term rentals only. Camping is primitive. The property has been in our family for many years.  The location used to be in soybean and wheat fields but now is in hay.  We are located 1.4 miles south of Interstate 40 (Exit 193) in Hazen, Arkansas with easy access.  We have had many great guest come and stay on our property and have been able to recharge for the next days journey.  We have 13 RV hook ups and plenty of room to boondock and camp to get a safe and quiet nights sleep.  We would love to have you come and stay with us!!Learn more about this land:We are a quiet country/farm setting 1 mile south of Interstate 40 off of Exit 193 in Hazen, Arkansas. It’s not fancy but is safe and quiet with close proximity to Interstate 40 and Hwy 70. We are right beside Wattensaw Management Area for hunters. *Hookups are available for 30 amp and 50 amp RVs and Campers. Please add this as an extra (located at the bottom of the listing) for $15 so we can get you setup with the best site available. Hookups are $20 + $15 for $35/night. We are in the heart of deer and duck hunting in the state of Arkansas. It’s a perfect spot to get a good nights sleep to get refreshed to hit the road the next day!

I enjoyed my stay there. I think it's good for saving money if you just need a safe place to pitch your tent and aren't really going to hang out much at the campsite. It is a scenic livestock farm out in the northern Mississippi hill country. Dogs bark and roosters crow so it's a good idea to have ear plugs.

Lone Pine Campground

Stayed at Lone Pine over the Fourth of July weekend, and we were the only ones on the campground. While the other side of the lake has a number of people living in RVs and cabins, almost no one seemed interested in the primitive sites on our side. We were able to walk to numerous fishing spots with the minnows we purchased at the park's welcome center. Looking forward to staying at Lone Pine again this summer.
