Farm life, fresh air and big valley views Wake up on a real working farm in WA's beautiful Blackwood River Valley region. Fair Lady Estate is home to sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens and grapevines — where the sounds of the country replace the noise of everyday life. Camp in the grass paddock behind the dam with sweeping views across the valley. Sunrises here are something else, and the stars at night even more so. Both ends of the property offer beautiful outlooks, and the farm buzzes with birdlife and wildlife throughout the day. Fire pits provided as it is officially fire season. Your four-legged mates are welcome too, but to be kept on lead as some of the animals are free range, chickens, ducks and sheep. While you're in the area, Bridgetown is one of WA's most charming towns — heritage-listed, unhurried and full of great reasons to linger. Explore cellar doors and the famous Blackwood Valley Cidery, lots of coffee shops/cafes, 3 pubs. Walk or paddle the Blackwood River, or wander the 4km Bridgetown Art Trail. The Jarrah Park bush walks are right on your doorstep, and if your timing is right, the renowned Blues at Bridgetown Festival in November and the winter Fridgetown Fest (June–August) are not to be missed.

Fresh eggs and firewood are available to purchase directly from the farm — just ask your host. Fire pits are permitted during fire season. We're currently completing a toilet and shower block, so the site is best suited to self-contained vans for now.
