Set on a secluded quiet road at the end of Flinders Village in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, this home has been thoughtfully renovated. Take the hidden pathway to the beach. Pets are welcome. The Nantucket Cottage is located at the end of a no-through dirt road in a secluded part of Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula. The house has ocean views of Point Leo and Shoreham, as well as valley and farm views, while still feeling secluded and private. The house has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 people, featuring 3 queen-size beds and 2 single beds. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, and kettle; a laundry with a washing machine and dryer; as well as a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There are multiple yoga and Pilates studios within driving distance of the house. Yoga studios in Shoreham and Point Leo also feature extensive outdoor sessions during the summer months. For those partial to a bit of surf, you can catch a good wave just to the left of the hidden path from the house. Check tide schedules to plan ahead. Spend a little time outside and you will likely see many local animals and birds that frequent the area. Koalas, rabbits, owls, and many colorful birds can often be seen from the balcony. We are proud to be a pet-friendly property and are happy to accommodate your pets. Please note that no pet beds or litter facilities are provided, so we encourage you to bring these with you. Please also note that the yard is not fenced, in case your furry friend likes to wander.Relax with the whole family at this peaceful pet-friendly place to stay. Guest access Guests are provided with a digital lock code for the duration of their stay. The kitchen and lounge room, as well 2 of the bedrooms, are located on the top floor. While 2 of the bedrooms are located downstairs. Other things to note We are a pet friendly accommodation and your furry friends are welcome.
