Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Welcome to the Cooroy RV Park owned by the Noosa Council and operated by the Cooroy Chamber of Commerce for the benefit of the Cooroy Community. There are some conditions of staying at the RV Park imposed by Council to ensure community safety Requirements • RV’s shall be fully self-contained and must retain all grey and black water. There are no toilet/shower facilities in the RV Park • Maximum of 4 consecutive nights • No on-site release of grey water or other waste • Dump point is in the turn around area adjacent to the RV Park • No open fires are permitted • Pets on a leash when walked in the area and must be restrained at all times during the stopover period • Owners must pick up their dogs faeces • Consideration be given for residents and road users when walking in the area; and • Noise minimised after 8.30PM There is a dump point and town water available and rubbish facilities. Caretaker on site. Payment can be made at the RV park for $15 per night. Access to the town. 10 minutes walk. Very pleasant town. Ate in the RSL. Excellent. Bought clothes lots of nice women’s shops. IGA in town plus coffee shoos etc Water on a tap plus a machine to buy water. Bins, lots of space. Level. Free dump for motorhome Excellent stopover. We stayed one night I would have liked more. Close to Eumundi for the market approx 15 min. We went at 7.30 when it opened to get parking.

As long as you have the amenities you need it’s a perfect spot. Has bins, pump point and water on entry/exit. Very close to town! Appears as a frequent stopover spot, the turnover being quite high. Very quiet and peaceful over the weekend anlthough saw the shed next door so can imagine it being loud during the daytime throughout the week. Overall perfect little spot in cooroy for reasonable price too.

Really enjoyed our short 2 night stay at RV Stopover Cooroy. The Sites were large and well grassed. Marilyn the Caretaker was also terrific. And it was only a short walk to the thriving yet quaint town Centre.

Great spot even relatively dry after the large amount of rain was dumped in the area. We were at Cooroy for the weekend and only on Monday morning did we hear the surrounding factories early startup.

Lovely flat generous sites walking distance to the centre of town. Great for fully self contained travellers. Water , dump point and rubbish disposal near entrance. Factory is adjacent which provides a background hum during the day but seemed to quieten mid arvo not a problem if you're out and about! Will revisit.

Great location and nice grassy area with dump point and water available on the way in. Lovely community garden for the campsite. Very well run and cared for. Would give it 5 stars except for the constant noise from the steel factory next door which started at 5am with clanging steel and hydraulic noises and lasted until about 3pm each week day.

Great caravan camping. Very quiet, lots space for our 23ft caravan. Easy to find and great little town of Cooroy. Stepping stone to Sunny Coast. Registration box on site and $15 night. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Was a great stay for a few nights! So affordable, especially for the Christmas holiday period. My kids enjoyed riding to the big local park, skate park, and little gravel BMX track every morning. A lovely quiet town and even with two day of consistent rain, the ground held up fine. Will be back when passing through again in the future!
