Kick back in the ultimate spot for relaxation at Beerwah Basecamp. Set in Beerwah on the edge of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Beerwah Basecamp is far enough away from the coastal crowds yet quite centrally located for all the sightseeing the Sunshine Coast has on offer. Wake up to the sound of birdsong in the morning and spend your afternoons watching the sun set over the Glasshouse Mountains in the background. Power and water will be provided on site and will only be taking one booking at a time so it’s peaceful, quiet and room to spread out for our guests. Guests will need to be self contained with their own toilet and shower facilities.This site is on a slight slope but still flat enough to level up a van. This is a drive through site with easy access for larger vans. No unhooking or reversing required. Plenty of room to park your vehicle and setup outside your awning.

Mixed review - great location

Great location for Australia Zoo - would recommend going here for a night if you’re seeing the zoo. It’s only 7 mins away. Nice private area of the garden with water hook up and electric. Short grass and not that unlevel. We probably would look at other options if we was going to go back in the area - there was a lot of dog mess around where the van was and the dogs barked a lot in the morning with the neighbours dogs. The dogs also didn’t leave us alone and I’m allergic to them. The owner was great and had a good chat with him on arrival - I’m sure if he noticed the dogs he’d of got them away from us.
