On the plateau of Alstonville, we have a nice quiet camping spot for rv’s vans and caravans. Contractors with heavy trucks and trailers plenty of room. There are two camping spots, one for caravans, RV’s and another for motorcycles, tents. Easy access from Ballina, Lismore, and Alstonville on the Bruxner highway Property is near highway but away from the trafficProperty serves long term accommodation. Better rates weekly long term Easy access to private grassed site with toilet, hot water shower, water and sunshine. Charging batteries and caravan accessible as we are off grid

Misleading post and bad management

Long Term Private Secluded site
Overall it was a good experience, but the owner never showed up or picked up the phone. Had to open the gate ourselves and find the spot next to the tree. Toilet and shower were not in good condition and there was a fair bit of junk right next to the site. We had no hot water and the water tap was just a hose behind the toilet. Apart from that, the farm is nice and quiet and there is a very friendly horse that hangs around the camping site.

Bit of confusion around the booking but hosts happily accomodated. Horses were super friendly!

It was a great place for what we needed: plenty of space to park our campervan, refill with water, and connect the park to power. Beautiful horses taking care of the land.

I booked and paid but there was no-one to receive us on arrival and the phone number given was disconnected. So far the refund was less than what was paid (presumably because of commission).

Friendly welcome, good site, just off the main road. Fully fenced, so good for dogs, and they are very welcome here. Great host.
