Our property is located at One Mile Beach in Port Stephens, we are on 1 acre of land and are only offering 1 site so you will have plenty of privacy.  Our property is child friendly with access to our large cubby house and trampoline available. We have two friendly, placid dogs on the property and we welcome other friendly pets to the property.  We are close to plenty of wonderful attractions, activities including, Quad Biking, Koala Sanctuary, Camel Rides, Sting Ray Centre and 4WD on Birubi Beach (permit required). We are a 10 minute drive from Tomaree National Park which has plenty of beautiful walks including the summit of Mt Tomaree walk.  One Mile Beach is a stunning beach which is perfect for families and surfing enthusiasts. It is bordered by a large park with BBQ and playground facilities. You can also access Bennett's Head lookout from here and enjoy the stunning views..  The area is surrounded by plenty of stunning beaches which offer amazing swimming and snorkeling opportunities. Port Stephens has a number of great cafes and restaurants you can enjoy. Great place, very quiet, the kids playground is amazing. Field is flat, great comfy grass. Great location too. Field is huge, so doesn’t really feel like being in someone backyard. No toilet so need to be self-contained

We loved our stay on Tanya's property! Very quiet, beautiful and Tanya communicated super well with us. The view over the farmland is beautiful.

Great spot to stop over for a few nights. Lots of space for kids to play and super easy to access. Tanya was very helpful.

Great place to stay to get away from the crowds Tanya was super nice and very quick in responding this is the only place I would stay at in this area if you want a nice outlook and peace and quiet

Lovely stay at One Mile Paradise. Super convenient location and my children loved the cubby house and trampoline. Beautiful grass and nice and flat for our 22ft van. Awesome views and sunsets too. Fire pit available although we didn’t use it. Great place.

Tanya hosts a beautiful property with soft, mowed grass that was amazing to camp on. Location was perfect, very close to the beach. Area was secure for pets and Tanya has two lovely dogs who liked to come over and say hi. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

A very big thank you to Tanya for making our stay in Port Stephens so relaxed & hassle free. Tanya's property, One Mile Paradise, is perfectly located within reach of all that the area has to offer. The site is easy to access and has more than enough space to manoeuvre a four wheel drive and anything you might be towing, i.e. a trailer, caravan, boat, etc. The property is quiet, has lots of birdlife, some cows across the fence, and a couple of very friendly dogs with great character. I loved the convenience of being able to leave my boat at camp knowing it was safe & secure behind remote locking gates. That particular property attribute enabled us to freely explore the area unencumbered. Tanya pointed us in the right direction for places to eat and see. Our favourite for dinners was the Anna Bay Tavern which is very close by. I would highly recommend One Mile Paradise to anyone who values the above features. Tanya has a great site and she is an awesome host.

The whole process was very smooth and easy. Nice host with friendly and lovely dogs. There is not much to do while you are there unless you have kids. Otherwise I recommend to go there only for sleeping and before dark.

My stay with Tanya was great. It was easy and convenient - no hassles. Good location - a short drive to One Mile Beach. Spacious and private. Could catch the stars at night. I recommend staying with Tanya

We loved our stay at Tanja’s at One Mile. Great location and within easy/quick reach of everything Port Stephens has to offer. Also very quiet, peaceful, with a beautiful outlook across a vast (fenced) paddock with cows and great sunsets. Loads of space to set up camp just as we liked.

Peaceful, close to beaches and town. A fire pit is provided. We had a sky full of stares. Beautiful sunset! Tanya was very friendly.

Brilliant location and a children’s paradise!! Our 2 girls (3years and 17 months) had the best time playing in Tanya’s garden. One Mile beach is a 3 minute drive from the property. We had the best few days here!!

Good access via the side gate and wide enough for our 20ft van… beautiful outlook over the rear fence of an untouched paddock with cows and lots of birds everywhere! Nice spot to have a glass of wine in the afternoon, and great location to all the tourist spot around Port Stephens.

Great host very welcoming and friendly, peaceful location, stars were amazing! Host provided loads of firewood and a firepit to use. Our dog made friends with Yogi & Boo Boo. Highly recommended.

Stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed the property. Flat and plenty of space for our 2 dogs to run around and for the family to play games on the grass. The kids enjoyed using the gym equipment and cubby house. Great location right near One Mile beach. Amazing stars at night and beautiful sunset

Loved our 3 nights at Tanya’s, very quite and peaceful place to stay, also a very secure place, way better than any van park, very close to all the beach’s in the area👍

The space is larger than it looks. Very private. Overlooks a paddock of cows which is lovely. Trees in the corner provided lovely shade in the late afternoon and evenings.

Huge flat grass area. Very close to the beach, relaxing view from the property over the paddocks. Very quiet and with fun facilities for the kids - trampoline, playhouse, jungle gym.
