We're located 5 minutes from the village of Murrumbateman and 20 min from the township of Yass. The Yass Valley is well known for its food and wine, while you're here why not explore our quaint cafes, top quality food producers, fine dining, and meet some of our world-class wine makers. Our property sits on 5 regenerative acres, bringing back the endangered ecosystem of the NSW Southern Tablelands natural temperate grassland. We have the right balance of open grass paddocks with established gums making for perfect sunrises and sunsets, and dappled shade. You'll see and hear dam side frogs and ducks, and the resident ponies and sausage dogs top it off as a perfect spot to laze on a picnic rug after sampling some of the local wineries. Pitch a tent or park your camper either under the shady trees overlooking the dam in the horse paddock, or in the private access open paddock. Stay cosy around the firepit on cool nights. It's a 1 minute walk up to the main house where you can access a separate entry bathroom and laundry. There is access to rubbish facilities and wifi for guests. The campsite is 2WD accessible and can accommodate camper trailers and campervans. There are areas that are level but most of the good spots would require leveling. All dogs welcome - we have horses and small dogs so I trust you to manage pets responsibly. Note: Please don’t feed our resident animals due to medical conditions.
