Toobs are serviced by a shared safari-style wash house with hot water shower and composting loo. Our block is on the Rails to Trails beside the Margaret River. Main Street and cafe strip are a short 10 minute forest walk away. We are popular with mountain bikers due to our close proximity (ride to trails) MR's MTB trails. Feel free to enjoy the gardens and surrounding areas, we will be around somewhere if you need assistance or want a chat. Of course, Monet (Like the painter), our Dog is the official property greeter.

We are a fantastic eco-friendly retreat suitable for families or a romantic getaway for couples, set on the edge of the bush with a spring fed swimming hole, eight metre long jetty and rope swing along with bush walks and great outdoor activities for all the family. When you book the retreat, the whole house and surrounding property is for your use exclusively. The retreat was built with handmade concrete blocks formed into double thick walls resulting in a wonderfully cool house in summer & of course it keeps the house nice and cosy in winter with the wood fire glowing away. Winter is a great time to relax in the outdoor hot bathtubs and soak up the serenity. PS: Dec/Jan/Feb are total fire bans so baths & pizza oven cannot be lit. Nannup Bush Retreat offers homestead-style accommodation, with wide veranda’s offering unrestricted vistas over beautiful bush land scenery. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Our quaint 1 bedroom cottage set amongst 10 acres of gumtrees is the perfect escape for the single or couple looking for a getaway. The cottage is set up for those looking for peace and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom bosting a vintage claw foot bath, majestic views from the sitting area where you can pass the day watching the birds bathe or the kangaroos come in for their evening meal. For the cold winter nights there is a central wood fire that heats the whole cottage while providing the perfect ambiance to sit by with a glass of local shiraz. As we are reliant on the winter rains, we do request summer and autumn guests to be mindful of water consumptions and only have short showers and one bath per stay.

My stay at Maisie in the Valley at Bolinda Vale Farm was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The views around the property were stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. Deb was an amazing host—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was perfect and her thoughtful touches really stood out. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend Maisie in the Valley to anyone looking for a quiet, refreshing getaway. I’d definitely love to come back! 🌿✨

Absolutely loved our stay at Maisie - very cosy, wholesome & lovely for a relaxing weekend! Sound of the water & nature was very peaceful. Felt like glamping which was nice! Secluded from other campsites & view (unless walking past). Would come back and recommend! Oh & farm store for eggs is a must - wish we got them before the trip for breaki!

My friends and I all had a wonderful time, the location was gorgeous with absolutely everything you could need already provided by Vivien. Beautiful scenery, a lovely mob of dorpers in the paddock and enough firewood to keep us warm all night. A beautiful place to stay, I can’t wait to come back again

Weekend Trip to Nambung Station Stay

Loved the experience at Nambung Station Stay. Stayed in an on site van with an annex. The kids loved it as did my partner and I. Was decently equipped and the common fire pit was awesome. Met some beautiful people and the guided tour to the Painted Desert Pinnacles was more than worth it. Something not many people get to do in their lives and to see an area that is not walked by many was a blessing. The kids getting to feed the animals especially George was great also. Definitely something we would love to experience again.

This IS an absolute slice of heaven. Everything is lush, green and the streams and little waterfalls are just beautiful. Maisie is an fabulous little van and the decor is adorable. Everything is fresh and bright. The set up is wonderful, and to cook on the BBQ next to a roaring stream while the sheep stroll by is delightful. Also, the composting toilet is amazing (strange thing to review, I know). Deb is a wonderful, helpful host and answered all my texts really quickly.
