Our empty and unused dairy has space available out the front for up to 3, fully self contained vans (no tents) Located on the edge of the picturesque town of Buln Buln postcode 3821 (not Moe) take in views of rolling green hills and heritage listed oak trees while the gentle cattle and sheep graze nearby paddocks. We have access to power and river water on all three sites (not suitable for drinking) but no toilet so your vehicle must be fully self contained. One site is a drive through concrete slab, the other two are grassed sites. The grassed sites are next to each other and the slab site is on the opposite site of the driveway. There is a free public dump point available at Neerim South (a 10 minute drive north) 10 minutes drive to the larger township of Warragul. Firewood and eggs from our happy free range hens can be provided for an additional fee. Please only use the provided fire pits and no fires are allowed on total fire ban days. There is no access to the main house or paddocks unless accompanied by the property host. There is some traffic noise during the day but the nights are peaceful. Dogs are welcome but please ensure that they remain on leads at all times. Each site is limited to one vehicle and van or single campervan. Should you have a larger group and want to bring additional vehicles please book an additional site. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us.

The property is safe and secure, with fencing at the front. A tap for water is available (though we still recommend bringing your own water to be prepared). There are no toilets or power available so campers will need to be self-sufficient. We cater comfortably for caravans and motorhomes, with mostly flat land making setup easy. Tents are more than welcome, and the property is pet friendly, so your furry companions can join you too. During the Christmas season—from mid-November through to Christmas Eve—the farm can be a little louder at times due to Christmas tree cutting. That said, campers are positioned at a safe distance, and noise generally isn’t an issue. We also have a few cattle that move throughout the property, though they are mostly sectioned off from camping areas. We’d absolutely love for you to spend time on our property and enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience. Once you arrive, the owners will personally direct you to your camping area, ensuring you’re set up comfortably. lovely sloping bush block with great large leveled out areas for tents and the classic washing machine fire pit, beautiful creek at the bottom of the block.. great to sit in on hot days. Plenty to do nearby. Birds everywhere, was marsh fly season so take the bushman's.

10/10 host, Jarrod and his family were extremely welcoming with lots of local knowledge and day trip recommendations. Friendly cattle and sheep were welcoming. The site was clean, power and water at each site. Conveniently located to explore nearby Warragul and surrounding area. Overall fantastic stay, already planning our next visit.

Phil was very gracious. The little stream is beautiful and I felt I could relax and enjoy some isolation with nature away from digital data or other campers (no offence 😅) I did a 15km walk on O’Shannassy aquaduct trail which I recommend. As with all bush trips don’t forget the aero-guard!

Absolutely loved camping here and will be back. It was peaceful and just what I needed. Close to the creek which was lovely Great place to unwind and get back to nature and basics…….and the stars at night AMAZING !! Phil’s communication was great. Only downside for me personally was the address we had was wrong….but we ended up finding it. Added to the adventure 😂 and I didn’t realise we’d be so close to the house on the neighbouring block. A little bit of privacy from them would have been nice as I could clearly see their house so I’m sure they could clearly see our camp site which kind of took away from the secluded, private feel of the site but apart from that I had an amazing night

We absolutely loved our stay! Jarrod & Linda were so informative before our arrival and then met us when we arrived. The kids (my teenagers) had the best time feeding the sheep and cows. Totally recommend!!

If you want a spot to enjoy the river all to yourself then this is the place. We stayed one night with a 16ft caravan which was a technical reverse through the trees down the gravel driveway but very managable with a 4x4 and plenty of room to spread out on a large flat campsite.

Lovely stay, we had a one night stopover with very thoughtful hosts! We stayed here with our friends on sites 2&3 with 4 kids between us. The kids loved the sheep and cows. Buln Buln is a gorgeous little town. Would recommend.
