The property is defined by an ancient water course that cuts a 1km ravine through the property. During the winter the dry boulder-strewn gorge is transformed with waterfalls and cascades along its length and regardless of the season transports you to another time and place.
There is limited solar power (enough for phones and laptops) and low flow water (enough to brush your teeth). Neither is guaranteed to be available. A wood stove heats the hut, boils the kettle and cooks your dinner; firewood is included. An open outdoor bathroom includes a sink, bath and drop toilet. Hot water is available but not promised. Great place to set up camp for two nights. Very quiet and private. Close to wineries and Badger Weir. Great size and views. Loved the afternoon sun. Slept well here. Perfect for 2 vehicles 4 ppl and 1 dog. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

Great little spot next to a dam, private and serene. Bit tight of a spot, couldn't do more than a few people. Very scenic area. Happy with our stay tho I feel it's a tad pricey for what it is, the layout was a little awkward and no water/power/toilet which you may usually find in this price range.

The environment is tranquil, nested amongst the tall trees that you would expect in a forest. It is super close to Healesville Sanctuary and the town centre. Loved listening to the birds, cows callinb and the wind passing through the tree tops. It was truly a wonderful experience!

What an incredible find! Our stay at Jana’s farm was easily one of our best Hipcamp experiences to date. We set up camp in a stunning, secluded spot tucked under the shade of massive chestnut trees.
Jana is a phenomenal host who welcomed us with freshly picked raspberries right from the farm. He was incredibly friendly and even saved the day by letting us charge our battery when our solar panel failed. We were also lucky enough to be there while they were processing honey; getting to see the process and taste raw honey fresh from the hive was an unforgettable highlight. Jana even let us pick some extra berries to take home with us.
The property itself is beautiful. The kids had a blast kayaking around the dam, and it was such a relief to find a spot where our dog could run off-leash and enjoy the open space as much as we did. Between the scenery, the delicious farm treats, and Jana’s genuine kindness, we couldn't have asked for more.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. Jana was an exceptional host — incredibly helpful, with clear instructions for everything, regularly checking in, and even delivering us fresh berries to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The property is a working berry farm with plenty of space to explore, and it was wonderfully dog-friendly, which we loved. friendly. There are three campsites on the property, but they are well spaced apart, so you don’t see or hear other campers, which made it feel very private and peaceful.
The lake/dam was a real highlight — perfect for cooling off on hot days. Having kayaks and paddle boards available made it even better, and it was such a relaxing place to unwind.
We would absolutely recommend this stay and would love to come back.

My dogs and I loved camping at Jana's berry farm. Such a beautiful property and the site was nice and private and the other campsites were not visible. The days were hot so we made full use of the creek with kayaks and stand up paddle board. The dogs had a blast swimming and we thoroughly enjoyed the berries. This is now my new favorite hip camp and I can't wait to go back!

Allira’s property is private, with lots of birds and lush greenery. The spot is very easy to get to, close to Healesville, and we explored some of the beautiful areas nearby. It was lovely to come back to the site and hear the kookaburras in the afternoon, and wake up to the birdsong.
