We enjoyed camping at Mingling waters. The location was beautiful and the site had good amenities. The road was a bit loud if you were camping up the front and our campsite was a bit light at night with the security lights being on. However this didn’t affect us too much and we had a great stay.

We had a group of 9 staying for three nights and we all experienced some great fishing, kayaking and swimming. The site is very well setup with a kitchen, cabins and toilets (and a shower), all with heaps of character that adds to the overall charm of the place. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic place. Spent 5 nights camping in a tent. The set up is great and easy access to water is convenient. The location is great 10 minute drive to Lakes Entrance township. A leisurely 1.5km walk through bushland to a stunning beach. The nearby tavern is delicious and nice views. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at the Down by the Dam site and absolutely loved it. The site itself is a big, open and flat space, so plenty of room to spread out and really relax. It was so peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were hoping for.
But the real highlight of our stay was the hosts, Bel and Sean. They are genuinely two of the nicest people we have ever met. So welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay with our 4-year-old was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel so at home.
There are some beautiful swimming spots near the camp, which were perfect on a warm day, and we also headed into the Briag Pub for dinner which was great. We loved seeing the kangaroos around the property and getting to say hello to their chickens, which our daughter thought was the best thing ever.
The amenities were lovely too, very clean and well maintained.
Thank you so much Bel and Sean for your incredible hospitality. We had such a special stay and can’t wait to come back again.

We really loved this beautiful small campsite. It's a real gem right next to the Nowa Nowa Wetlands Walk (which is beautiful). The owners are very friendly and so ist their dog who loved playing with our son. The common room and outside common areas are lovely. They put a lot of love into many details. The kitchen, too, was well equipped. Can't say much about the bathrooms, as we treated ourselves to an ensuite. The ensuite was equipped with really good towels and there were even shampoo, shower gel etc. provided.
Lovely place, cool vibe, beautiful surroundings. Would very much love to stay here again!
