Wayne & Sharelle were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Their property is beautifully maintained with plenty of open space, peaceful surroundings, and a true connection to nature. The site was easy to find, well-signposted, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Amazing place for our first time staying at a farm. Damien the host greeted us when we arrived and welcomed us and also provided us with a fire pit. The farm is in walking distance to the beach and local shop. This is in a great location and highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back and staying again

2 nights at Galea Ranch

Sharelle and Wayne were warm and welcomed us when we arrived. They led us to our camp site which had privacy and plenty of space. We were first time campers and they explained the on site amenities really well. Toilet was really clean and the playground entertained the little one for a long while. The weather wasn't so kind to us on the first night so we left the next day. We would definitely visit again

Wayne and Sharelle have built such a beautiful place to stay and they are so welcoming. The view of Cathedral ranges from the site is incredible. I loved watching the sunset on the ridge. All the animals at the property are just gorgeous too. I will be back with my 3year old!

2 nights at Galea Ranch

This is my second stay at Galea Ranch, and I feel just as welcomed as I did the first time. Wayne and Sharelle are truly exceptional hosts, warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. I especially love the way they set up the fire pit at each camp site. The animals are another highlight, so friendly and adorable and you can even feed them apples. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities to enjoy.

Damien was such a fantastic host — super lovely and incredibly accommodating. He made us feel right at home and even offered us a fire pit, and had a chat with us explaining the farm and the animals he has on it which made our stay even more special (including some of the beautiful visiting bats and black parakeets) The location is absolutely stunning. We woke up with a mild sea breeze while looking over the beautiful farm. It was peaceful, spacious, and just what we needed to unwind. There’s so much room to spread out, and the whole vibe is just pure serenity.

Galea Ranch is the perfect family and dog friendly location, close to the local sights. My kids loved feeding Steele, Lottie and Peaches and just chilling on the hammocks. And of course, you can’t go wrong with s’mores over the fire on a cooler night! The outdoor shower was the perfect touch - it was like an oasis amongst the ferns! Thank you Sharelle for your hospitality and opening your home to us.

A beautiful camp ground that we all loved, the kids fed the highland cows and Shetland pony multiple times a day, the hammocks and fairy lights were a lovely touch and Sharelle was so friendly and helpful, we felt completely at home and so welcome, we will definitely be back

Weekend Trip to Galea Ranch

It was our first glamping and we enjoyed there so much! The tent and campfire pit were awesome. The host Sharelle was so kind and gave us a lot of tips where to visit and what we can do around there. She was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable and relaxing our time there. If was such an amazing experience and we would love to come back in Winter ! Thank you, Sharelle

Loved it so much I booked a second night! Amazing location, across the road from the water, bike paths, and toilets. Huge property with limited sites so lots of space to yourself. Damian goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, including lots of local suggestions on what the area has to offer. 10/10!

We were in the top paddock and for most of the week had it to ourselves. Good walk down to the foreshore, which our pooches enjoyed. Peaceful. If you enjoy stretching your legs then you will like this spot.

This was a terrific last minute find .Situated on beautiful farm land with animals (little horses, goat's and cows). Also a quick 5 min walk to the beach. The host was write on to any enquiries and information. He greeted me and showed me to the sight. Damian helped me in hitch the van as I have painful hand injury.

We had a lovely time at Kardella. The Bottom Paddock was very close to the beach and the walking track along the foreshore. Damian was a great host and we would definitely return.

My 4yo and I had a great 2-night stay. Great spot, close to beach, hosts very kindly offered a firepit for us to use. Would recommend+++
