Bedroom one (1) has a double bed, Bedroom two(2) consists of 2 bunk beds a single bunk as well as a king single bunk, all bunks have full slumber mattresses and are strong enough for adults to gently sleep on and in case of extra guests we have provided two (2) foam mattresses under each bunk. Bedroom three (3) has a Queen bed with lumber support sleep-easy mattresses, ocean views can be seen from the lower level but not as well as upstairs. All Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with extra blankets and pillows for comfort for our guests. Also a centrally located bathroom with shower and toilet. The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Hidden among the trees is an outside table entertainment area with a stunning swimming pool. Sea Paradise also offers reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating throughout. Plenty of parking with enough room in the driveway to park a boat and a number of cars. The double lock-up garage has been transformed into another entertainment area complete with a large pool table and table and chairs...Great area for the kids particularly those teenagers who love to have their own little space! But wait there is more.... A sauna is located in the garage to warm yourself up before jumping into to pool. The only thing that changes in the colder months is our reduced prices. St Andrews Beach is a lovely quiet suburb with the convenience of having a superb cafe a 10 minute walk down Paradise drive along with a yoga and meditation retreat. Other close must visit places are a 5-minute drive to St Andrew's Brewery, and 10 minutes to Rye Hot Springs. 5 min walk you will also find access to the breathtaking ocean beach.

Second time at Graces land! What a treat to be close to Melbourne and yet feel like you’re much further out! Enjoyed our stay here! Initially staying 3 nights however weather turned upside down on the last evening and didn’t want have our gear drying for the rest of the week if we stayed the last night, great amenities and Grace and her dogs are very accommodating and kind. Great place!

We had an amazing relaxing time here. Grace and her family are such warm and welcoming hosts, happy to help, share stories, checked in to make sure all is well, recommended good spots for hikes, sunsets etc. Best eggs ive had! The property is stunning , clean clear air, rolling hills, no matter the weather the energy was perfect. A very special spot, Nature at its finest, a serene escape indeed. Facilities were on point, very clean, hot showers, excelent toilets, good shade from the trees, spacious sites, plenty of privacy. Highly recommend. We had the best time tent camping over the long weekend and will definitely be back in the future! Jana was an incredible host, providing clear instructions, firewood and even towing both our cars out on the last day! If there’s been rain or rain is predicted I would recommend having 4WD access at this site however Jana came to the rescue towing us out and making sure we got home safe! Toilets and a sink to wash your hands were a bonus too and always clean and stocked with toilet paper. Thanks again Jana, your property was beautiful and your hospitality put a cherry on top of a great weekend.

Will definitely come again. We had a group of 5 dads and 5 kids, and tented on lush grass near an onsite fire pit and little playground. Wayne and Sharelle’s hospitality was lovely, taking the kids to feed the chickens and answering all the questions they had about the highland coos. It’s a beautiful property, very peaceful, away from the tourist areas but close enough to grab a morning coffee and breakfast. Plenty of firewood provided and the flush toilet and hot shower amenities were spotless, inviting and straight out of home. You’re separated from the one other camp site so you have a feeling of having the place to your own. Would highly recommend.
