Hay Valley Farm

The Hay Valley Farm is perched on a ridge that looks west towards Mount Lofty and east towards Murray Bridge. We have stunning views from both sides of the ridge and in particular we get beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We are a working farm with a vineyard and livestock. Our farm is also situated right in the heart of the Adelaide Hills Wine region so we really do have the best of both worlds; stunning views, peaceful surroundings plus amazing wineries, restaurants, cafes and quaint country towns right at our finger tips.

Picture waking up to beautiful views of the Mount Lofty Ranges on one side, stunning sunrise on the other and native birds singing sweetly all around you.

At The Landing you'll be surrounded by big beautiful old gum trees in a peaceful setting. You'll see a variety of bird life, kangaroos and maybe even a koala or an echidna if you're lucky.

The Landing is also situated right in the heart of the Adelaide Hills Wine region with amazing wineries, restaurants, cafes and quaint country towns right at your finger tips. Lot 100, Howard Vineyard, Murdoch Hill, Artwine, Bird In Hand Winery, Simon Tolley Wines and Barristers Block Wines are only a short drive away. 

After a day of touring the region make sure you're back in time to watch the sun go down because the sunsets are spectacular.

So don't forget to pack your comfy camp chair, a bottle of wine or beer, and a cheese platter and get ready to relax and unwind at The Landing at Hay Valley.

Please read and note the following:

1) Please note our base price of $40 per night is based on two people per night, even if there is only one guest staying. It is an extra $20 per person per night for any additional adult guests or $15 per child per night.

2) We only book one&nbsp;group at a time at the site&nbsp;so if you book you'll have the whole area to yourself.

3) There are no toilet/shower facilities available so please be self sufficient. If you are staying longer than one night you need to bring your own portable chemical toilet please, as per Hipcamp’s rules.

4) There are sheep, cows and alpacas living on the site at the moment. Please don't feed them and please note we are not a petting zoo, the animals are livestock.

5)No guns or shooting are allowed on the property.

Breakaway Farmstay

Great location, best opportunity to spend time on the farm amongst the animals and nature. We are a small Farmstay in the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula just out side Victor Harbor in Waitpinga. 

Powered and unpowered sites have use of bathroom facility.

Waggon Flat campers do not have access to facilities.

Limited Telstra ph service and  wifi.

And For Something New, Your welcome to visit our Onsite Distillery.

Moo's Distillery is open Friday's to Sunday to taste new and vibrant Gins.

If your hungry also try a pizza for Dinner.

Close to anything you would like to do in this fantastic part of the state of South Australia. From fishing to surfing to long walks on the Heysen Trail or wine tasting and whale watching, there is everything here you would ever want to do.

 On the farm you will be able to see our animals which include Sheep, cows, chooks, ducks, goats, alpaca - all are very hungry and looking for pats!        Sorry we don't allow pets.       Campfires permitting (depending on local fire restrictions).

All Rubbish is to be taken home by campers, with the policy of what you bring you take home and leave nothing.

Pymbroke Camp

Our property is located in the rocky outcrops of the Bremer

Ranges and is

on the Bremer River in Rockleigh. 

This site was once a overnight yard for the sheep farmers who were passing through the area.

We have three separate locations for campers to choose from. The Gums-

surrounded by small gum trees right near the Bremer River. The Carob- this site is situated

further back from the river and is surrounded by mulberry trees. Lastly we have The Sticks- this site is behind the scrubby bushed and

requires tight access and is more suited to tents and swags.

The decent into camp is quite narrow and steep so please drive carefully.

We are 45 minute drive

from the Lavender Federation Trail which is a popular walking track in the region.

We are only 30 minutes drive from

Monarto Conservation Park

which is a popular spot for walking trails and picnics. Monarto is also home to a Safari Park which is the largest Safari Park in Australia and home to lots of interesting animals.

We have 2 toilets available but please BYO toilet paper. Sorry, no pets. Please note that Pymbroke is in the Murraylands zone & fire danger season starts early. 1st November 2025.

The Little Hippie Hideout

A cute little pop top caravan suitable for 1 or 2 people and a perfect stop over as you head into Adelaide. 

The property is situated in the wonderful Adelaide Hills and offers the perfect location if you want to get away for a day or two and also be close to everything Adelaide CBD has to offer (approx 25 minutes to the city) and close to the Southern suburbs of Adelaide if you're catching up with friends and family.. 

Located behind the iconic Upper Sturt General Store you can come and go as you please. 

A fully cooked breakfast is included in the price for 1-2 people as you checkout at 10am on your last day. Simply come into the store when returning your keys  and you will be rewarded with a yummy fully cooked brekky to send you on you way. 

The property offers an authentic bush setting with wattles and gums and the Belair National Park is right across the road which boasts walking trails, bbq facilities, wildlife and tennis courts. 

Enjoy a great hills view and a peaceful bush setting with the added benefit of being only 5-10 minutes to the Blackwood and Stirling shopping and cafe precincts.

Harry’s Rockleigh Bush Camp

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Harry's Rockleigh Bush Camp. 

The free-range sites are on lovely flat camping areas amongst native trees, overlooking adjacent fields. One on-site caravan for two people with double bed, gas stove and small fridge is available to rent. Enjoy bird watching or walking part of the Lavender Trail which passes near camp. Relax at the communal campfire (depending on fire regulations).  The camping grounds offer a generous amount of space, and great sunrises. 

We have available fire pits, bush toilet, bush shower and a camp kitchen with gas BBQ.  BYO firewood, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. Pease take your rubbish with you when you leave. Pets welcome on leash at all times. 

Children under 2 are free. Do not include them in your booking or they will be charged. 

Campers need to arrive no later than 6.30pm unless otherwise arranged.

The property is around an hour drive from Adelaide, and Murray Bridge is only 20 km away.

Please note: We ask that you treat all of nature and animals with respect. For example chasing animals, the use of drones, climbing or breaking trees is not allowed. 

Adults are responsible for their children at all times.
