Based on 45 acres Hallmark Farm is the homenif Silver medal Olympian and Equestrian Hall of famer Megan Jones. We have onsite cross country course (where you can settle in amongst the gum trees). You are more than welcome to watch Megan training her team of text olympic stars, watch lessons, play with Noodle (our sons miniature pony). Close to fox creek mountain bike park, barristers block winery and the main street of woodside We are right in the heart of the Adelaide hills. We have a workshop if u need some help with repairs on the road, large gravel car park for bigger set ups (we hace a 26 tonne horse truck so we can accomodate you longer rigs!), also have onsite BNB if ur wanting a bed and a hot shower! Let us know what you need and we would be only too happy to help. we spend 25 weekends of the year competing all around Australia and overseas with our horses so we certainly know what its like to have somewhere safe to come and rest your head..Cross country site is nestled amongst the gum trees on the 5 acre cross country course, grass year round and easily accessible via gravel access track. there is water onsite but no power, your welcome to use generators if you hace one or we can supply one for an additional fee. we do have a clean porta loo located in the main carpark which is a short walk up the raceway if required. Please be very aware of the adelaide hills fire season. no open flame fires are permitted at any time in fire season. this is non negotiable. We were sadly burnt out by the 2019 Cuddlee Creek fires so we are very aware of fire risk. you are welcome to have bbqs as long as they are not on total fire ban days. We are always onsite or our staff who help run our equine property to answer any queries you may have. We have our sons 11 hand miniature pony who is very friendly and always loves a pat and cuddle for any kids who would like some animal experience. There are always lessons on the jumping or indoor arena and sometimes clinics, camps or lessons on the cross country course where you can have a front row seat to the action! We are 1km from the main Street of Woodside where you will find service station, bakery, supermarket, bottle shop, cafes, chocoloate factory, cheese factory, whiskey factory... we look forward to hosting you on our property.

We loved our stay at Hallmark. Booking was easy and James was super clear with information and booking. Great spot and our kids loved seeing horses in enclosures as well as some riders going over the cross country jumps. Close enough to town if you need anything but out in the clear Adelaide Hills sunshine and fresh air. Loved our trip and will come again. Mike.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was friendly and quick to reply, which made everything easy and welcoming. Our boys absolutely loved the horses — it was such a highlight for them to watch some horses being ridden and to be able to give them all pats. The property itself is beautiful, with lush green grass and open fields that gave the kids a real sense of freedom. The location was perfect too — close to gorgeous cafés and plenty of fresh local produce. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

Staying at Hallmark farm was so beautiful! The kids loved the horses and loved running around! The staff looking after the horses were lovely and were happy to have a chat with us and answer questions! Definitely recommend for those who can go completely off grid and love horses 🐎

Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful region. Was a great base for exploring the Adelaide Hills, with so many great wineries on the doorstep. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good camp site. Cross country sites are not completely flat but you would find spots where you can place two swags. Not much to do around other than horse gazing at you or vicevarsa. Foodland is just 2 mins away and close to playground where kids can have fun. Other than there is this beautiful overlooking stars and moon during clear sky.

We had a great time at this property. Host was very helpful and even let us use their wood for the bonfire. The portable loo in the main carpark was convenient with young kids. If you love horses this is the place to be.

We loved our weekend at Hallmark Farm. Not only was it a beautiful campsite that we didn't have to share with others, but we were surrounded by all the interesting activity that's part of life at an equine retreat. Staff and visitors were friendly but left us to ourselves unless we wanted to ask questions. Great having a loo available and such generous checkin & checkout times. And Woodside is a lovely little town surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots to explore. We hope to be back.

A great place to visit and stay, with a close up view of horses jumping and training. It was so peaceful and quiet and isolated enough to feel we have left the city, and yet Woodside Main Street is in close proximity to camp spot. Definitely recommend anyone to stay at Jame’s and beautiful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hallmark Farm. A lovely spot in a unique setting just up the road from the town of Woodside and several wineries. Getting to watch horses working through the course each morning was an added bonus.

What a perfect location for camping. We stayed for two nights taking in the rolling hills and watching as the beautiful horses were meticulously looked after. There was also a toilet making it comfortable for camping with children. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay, so unique with the jumps around and the beautiful horses! The staff tending to the horses were friendly but also left us be, we still felt like we had the place to ourselves. The availability of a toilet was great. The site itself was very peaceful, and we found a nice spot near the water jumps that was flat enough for our tent, swags and kitchen setup. Being able to collect wood was a huge bonus! James was friendly and accommodating via our communication in Hipcamps. Close to home but far enough to feel disconnected and relaxed. We’d go back, it’s a unique site for sure!

This is a lovely spot with some lovely views along the dirt roads that made for some awesome morning and evening walks with our dog. She had a lovely time with loads of space to run around in and enjoyed watching the horses we could see from our campsite.

James was a great host and made us feel welcome. Great facilities of a toilet and fresh water available, and we could set up camp wherever we liked. It was awesome to be able to hang out with all the horses and watch the cross country riders in action during their training sessions.

Absolutely fabulous! Very welcoming hosts. Quiet camp under picturesque gums. Plenty of water and short distance to all the conveniences and attractions of Woodside. We especially enjoyed roaming the farm and watching all the action of the horses in training. Highly recommend.
