We stayed at site 8 and couldn’t have had a better weekend. The site was immaculate, freshly mowed and had a perfect fire pad to enjoy. The creek being seasonal was dry but the kids still had the most amazing time fossicking through the rocks and playing on the creek-bed. The site was extremely large and we enjoyed a game of cricket and soccer, the kids also loved riding their bikes around and exploring looking out for all the different birds they could hear.
Karlie was extremely warm and welcoming which made us feel very safe within her property. Safe to say that we will definitely be visiting again in the future :)

We really enjoyed this hipcamp and would highly recommend it to other campers. It was easy to find, a short distance to Samford for shopping and eating out, the camp site is beautifully maintained, grassy, flat and close to a delightful flowing creek which is perfect for a swim with both shallow and deeper areas suitable for families. We loved that it was dog friendly, Clair was a great communicator and host. We enjoyed camp fires under the stars with wood delivered to our site and cooked delicious meals with the fruit and veggies Clair had grown on her property. Plenty of space for walks to explore the farm.

Camp Spot 3 is a great flat spot to set up camp on tucked away in the bush. The views of the mountains in the distance make for a good back drop while you’re sitting back at camp, Daniel was a great host to deal with we will definitely be back sometime in the future.

This was our first trip to duck creek and we will definitely be back, the property is very well maintained with amazing fire places and great scenery, once word of this place gets out it’s going to be a hard 1 to book. A little bit of water in the creek but there hasn’t been rain for ages definitely keen to see the creek running, that would be the icing on the cake! The kids had a ball! Our 9m caravan was a breeze to get in and the sites are massive.

We loved the view from our camp site and our closeness to the farm cows and horses. The choirs of cows on the property and the neighbouring property were very entertainig. The property is interesting to explore and on this visit the roses were out - stunning. The hosts Clair and Andrew made us feel like family and gave us the space and freedom to quietly soak up the atmosphere and serenity.. We are heading back for our 3rd visit in Spring to check on the cows and their new calves. The property is a great place to just 'be in the moment'.

Our new favourite Hipcamp! We had 3 nights and could have stayed longer. Totally private - you can't see any properties from the site (and the road you see on some of the photos is for you only - no other traffic). Clair was a great host - meet us when we arrived, super friendly and gave us useful info, but otherwise left us alone. The site was flat, shady and very spacious, with spectacular views across the valley. Amazing sunsets! The creek ran alongside the site and was quiet magical. Deep enough for a dip to cool off. Lots to do in the area only a short drive away - Samford Village, Dayboro, walk at Cedar Creek Falls, or just stroll around the property (beautiful gardens!). The cows kept us amused, but were fenced so no cow dung at the campsite. Lots of birdlife as well. We had a lovely relaxing stay and will definitely return (especially being so close to home in Brisbane). Thanks Clair for sharing your beautiful part of the world!

Peter and Leanne were the best hosts imaginable, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We had an amazing time staying in such a nice spot, we felt safe the entire time and nothing was a tall order for them if we needed help finding anything in the local area etc.
We will 100% be back here when we are in Australia again, we can’t thank our hosts enough for our time there and can’t wait to be back!

Camp Site 1 is a fantastic campsite with a really spacious, large area, plenty of room to spread out! It's fairly accessible for all vehicle types, especially in dry conditions. I spent a few nights here and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend for anyone passing through!

Fantastic little spot! It really feels like you're miles away from the world, deep in the bush. The site was tidy and clearly well-maintained. The host was excellent with communication, and the directions were easy to follow. You'd probably struggle to access Camp 3 without a 4x4, though. Will definitely be visiting again!
